my account has been disabled then suspended and took hold of my money 311£ after multiple attempts for weeks by call and via email they asked me to send my bank details so they can send my money back to me which i have provided
since now they never respond never care
all they’re mixture of bots and specially this guy named Khensani from Yonder
they are literally lies and hold your money for there business needs

wasted my time and put me in stress and took my money
send my money back to me
and if my issue has not been resolved within a time frame
ill be reporting to police and FCA and other legal authorities including social media news forums

What I love - 1) a truly fun interactive UI (please don't underestimate how much this matters -- the swipes, the wheel of how much to pay, the cards -- all so so good and makes me want to keep coming back to explore), 2) language that is firm but polite and makes me take paying my CC bill more seriously, if that makes sense, 3) ofc the USP - real restaurants, flights, experiences that are a part of my usual life and I don't have to go out of my lifestyle to redeem benefits. It's a card that fits into the life I have.

What I struggle with - 1) The understanding of how to earn / redeem. It was only after trial and error and booking my first flights did I understand how to choose between earning or redeeming. Maybe a quick demo video in there? 2) Forgetting to book lounge passes in advance and always remembering too late. I wonder if upcoming trips booked with yonder could show up in the app and a reminder to book a lounge pass for the airport.

I have been with Yonder for a few years now, pretty much since the company first started up and I have never had any issues. Their customer service team is amazing at dealing with any problems, it’s always a pleasure chatting to them. The points system has saved me a lot of money and opened up new experiences. I was organising a trip on a Sunday and found that my Barclaycard kept declining the payments. I tried to call them and resolve the issue but turns out they were closed on Sundays so I decided to apply for a yonder card. I had the card and was able to make the payments I needed within 10 minutes! When I moved and needed to change my address shortly after, there was a bit more friction (as I’d moved shortly after opening the account) but understandably - still much quicker than any legacy bank. The UX is fabulous, I’m using the points and help is always available when needed. No complaints!

The best thing about Yonder is the online support team. Super quick responses and resolutions. Others credit cards are light years behind. As the company grows so does the rewards partnerships. Highly recommend.

Love Yonder! It’s finally a credit card where the points are actually usable for day to day things. Have had a pretty flawless experience so far.
