Ottimi plugin, promettono un sacco di funzioni interessanti, purtroppo però non sempre si integrano bene con le funzionalità standard di Woocommerce o dei temi più famosi e la grossa problematica, la più grave è il supporto tecnico.

Piattaforma per la gestione dei ticket bellissima, ma i tempi di risposta INACCETTABILI. 72 ore per avere una risposta e dicono che è specificato nei termini e condizioni. Purtroppo sono tempi che per siti e-commerce (vito che vendono plugin per questo specifico scopo), non sono sostenibili.
Tra una risposta e l'altra poi possono passare altre 72 ore. E se il problema è un problema di incompatibilità nato dopo la loro installazione ma non previsto dalle funzionalità del loro plugin, non aiutano a risolvere.

Non dico di dare supporto gratuito (anche se acquistando il plugin potrei aspettarmelo) ma avere soluzioni più efficaci e compatibili con gli standard del mondo web moderno.

Plugins are still in development, like everything in the world. But the service is great, they are willing to help. Even if you have like a user story or an epic/feature and if it is a general thing they will implement this!

I’ve been using it for a short time but so far everything has gone perfectly. Easy to configure, it integrates very well with Woocommerce. It facilitates subscription sales and adds many informative emails to the native Woo ones.

It also allows easy style and text modifications. The right and necessary functions to configure easily and quickly.

I’m talking about the paid version. If you’re going to sell seriously, you need the premium version of the plugin. And I recommend it.

Just one drawback. In the learning area, ​​courses sales, it lacks native integrations and automations to communicate well with the most relevant plugins in the sector and that makes the sale a little less proactive.

In the rest of sectors, business models, product types, etc… The plugin is excellent. In e-learning it is also valid, but if you are going to sell courses, make sure first if this plugin is the most suitable or you need Woo’s own, because you can find surprises. It will simply make course sellers work a little harder or depend on third-party plugins and special developments. And depending on the course sales engine you use, the interaction with the other is greater.

But in everything else, for other types of stores and products… 10 points! And cheaper than its competition.

They were good the first time we asked for their support. They were great the second time. They've being better and better. This is what I really appreciate: they are CONSISTENTLY great in supporting you in the most critical situations with your site and their plugins.

I used YITH for a year, and decided to cancel only because I don't have enough web traffic to warrant the expense. I didn't catch it in time for the renewal though, and had to reach out to customer support about the charge. They were SUPER helpful and quickly tended to my request.

I hope to be able to reinstall/purchase the plugin again in the future once my web traffic picks up!
