You should change your marketing propaganda accordingly as you advertise with 'no questions asked' when applying for a refund . On the other hand, you should be very happy and encouraged that we tried and try 3 products. Sometimes you win and sometime you loose, this should make you more inspired to make more customer friendly apps like you pop-up which we compared against Elementor. By European law, you should always refund within 7 days as the product was bought over the internet.. The demo is very limited which we tried as well. We decided to buy one based upon your promise to refund without any questions asked. Then this 3 product tried excuse pops-up...

Thanks anyways for your refund. We are contemplating writing a review on this issue.

Really great support, good products, I trust them for most of my Wordpress plugins. Support gets back to you within 24 hours if not earlier when its not the weekend and sometimes they reply even on the weekends. Truly great. Appreciate them.

Simple, easy to use and visually well executed plugin.
Unfortunately, it didn't cover our specific use case, but the support was very helpful and quick and resolver our request.

They charged 210€ of renewal for 2 products I didn't want, I asked for a refund since I was not using them anymore and they said that their refund policy is NOT to give back the money because I didn't disable the automatic renewal option. The email they send you to "remind" you that this charge will be made seems an advertisement email with the title "enjoy another year with Yith" (of course, for you not to read it).

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING from these people. It is incredible that because they have your credit card data, they can just take your money and be "legally" protected by their policy...
