I turned off my auto renew for a…

I turned off my auto renew for a plugin. Some how I was charged anyway. Asked for a refund and 36 hours later no response. They claim 30 day money back - not true. Avoid this company.

Have since reported this to my bank as a disputed payment. The plugin did not work and is not used, customer service was terrible and they still took money.

Your reply is not true. After my review last year I cancelled the Auto Renew and was charged anyway. Where is that in your terms and policies?

There was no email reminder and I did cancel the auto renew. I am familiar with your renew policy which is why I deactivated the renew and was charged anyway.

We have also reviewed our records and can confirm that the renewal reminder emails were successfully sent to you on June 8, 2026, ahead of the renewal date.

As previously communicated, your account had already received the maximum number of refunds allowed under our policy. For this reason, your most recent refund request could not be approved.

I requested a refund

I requested a refund for two plugins, but it was denied because I had previously received refunds. This wasn’t clear to me, as the website gives the impression that you can always get a 100% refund, which apparently isn’t the case.

After my refund request was denied, I emailed support asking if I could exchange the two plugins for a single, less expensive plugin instead. I never received a response to that request.

Shortly afterwards, I received an email stating that both plugin licenses had been cancelled. So now I’ve lost my money, and I can’t even use the plugins if I wanted to. I did end up finding more suitable plugins elsewhere, but that’s beside the point.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing customer service experience..

When a dispute is active, the related order is automatically placed on hold, which also results in the associated licenses being suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Non-existent customer support

Non-existent customer support. They claim on the website the have 5-star customer service. Well, here you go. 1-star.

I've contact them on 4 or 5 occasions without any reply.

Terrible customer support, no response at all...

Terrible customer support and no response at all.

I was charged €119.99 for a subscription linked to a company that no longer exists. I no longer have access to the original email address or account because the domain and mailbox have been cancelled.

I contacted YITH Themes multiple times to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but they have not responded at all. It is extremely frustrating that they continue to charge customers while ignoring support requests.

I would not recommend this company if you need reliable support or help with billing issues.

Today I submitted another support request, but it cannot be done via the ticket system because an old license is still listed that affects the new license. How difficult can it be to remove this? No response via the contact form either. I am considering withdrawing the case altogether, because this is simply not working.

Excelentes plugins y soporte técnico impecable

YITHEMES es, sin duda, la mejor opción para gestionar plugins en WooCommerce. Son fáciles de configurar, muy intuitivos para los clientes y funcionan sin errores.

Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es su soporte técnico: son increíblemente rápidos, profesionales y ofrecen un trato humano excelente. Cualquier duda que surge la resuelven en tiempo récord.

Funciona, pero no es adecuado para subastas profesionales

Quise darle una segunda oportunidad a este plugin, pero lamentablemente mi experiencia no fue buena.

El plugin funciona técnicamente, pero muchas de las opciones importantes no se pueden probar antes de comprarlo. Solo después de pagar puedes ver realmente cómo funcionan ciertas funcionalidades, y en mi caso no era lo que esperaba para un entorno profesional de subastas.

Uno de los problemas más importantes es que, cuando termina la subasta, el comprador puede elegir qué artículos quiere pagar y cuáles no. Esto deja demasiado margen a los compradores para no pagar objetos que han ganado en la subasta, lo cual es un problema serio para cualquier vendedor que quiera gestionar subastas reales.

Además, es importante tener en cuenta que si compras el plugin por segunda vez, no aceptan devoluciones, por lo que recomiendo a los usuarios informarse muy bien antes de comprarlo de nuevo.

En mi opinión, deberían ofrecer más posibilidades de prueba antes de comprar, para que los usuarios puedan evaluar correctamente si el plugin se adapta o no a sus necesidades.

Espero que en el futuro mejoren estos aspectos.

Solid Support

As a small agency, we use several YITH plugins for our WooCommerce clients. When we have encountered issues with a plugin, the support is amazing, in that, they respond quickly and offer a quick fix/solution.

Ho acquistato il loro plugin google product feed

Ho acquistato il loro plugin google product feed, però, nonostante i feed siano stati correttamente compilati, il file da loro creato non viene riconosciuto da Merchant center.
Il plugin ha problemi anche nel riconoscere e aggiornare il file creato. Infatti, nonostante le modifiche apportate ai prodotti, il feed google creato da yith non si aggiorna e continua a mantenere i vecchi valori impostati.

Ho quindi aperto un ticket per chiedere supporto spiegando i problemi indicati, mi hanno quindi chiesto un aggiornamento del ticket, ma da allora silenzio tombale, sono già trascorse 48 ore. Non rispondono più. Già in un'altra occasione pochi giorni fa avevo avuto problemi con questa azienda, problemi che poi con ritardo hanno risolto.

Una cosa è certa, non acquisterà mai più software da Yith themes. Aggiungo che hanno una guida molto ridotta e con nessuna indicazione per risolvere i problemi, un'assistenza lentissima, e i software che non funzionano correttamente.

Ticket open for over 30 days

Support is still ghosting us. No solution to our ticket for over 30 days!!! We want our money back. Number is #313426

Current state of the plugin allows for point abuse. Also settings are set to 3% but customers get 5%. What a joke.

Update: the reply is not correct. The ticket has been reopened by us. I also sent other emails and also through linkedin with the goal to get help. NO REPLY so far.

Update: you also did not reply to my other mails. I even messaged on linkedin and also here on trustpilot. I never received a reply for any of my four emails outside of the ticket.

Support from yith team

I have two plugin from yith: YITH WooCommerce Advanced Reviews and YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce and my case was that I needed to make a lot of adjustment, yith team is always there to fix my issue and Im greatfull to yith team for that.
Anyone who need professional plugins, I recommand using yith plugins.

Ojo como realizas el pago con ellos, si lo haces por paypal o tarjeta y no lo das de baja te renovarán el servicio automáticamente sin previo aviso y sin preguntar si quieres o deseas renovar el mismo.

Canceling automatic renewal is easy and can be done from your account at any time up to the day before the scheduled charge date. We communicate the renewal date via email 30 days beforehand, giving our customers enough time to decide whether to keep the subscription active or not.

Bought premium

Bought premium plugin used it for about a half year and forget to cancel subscription renewal. After a year it charged for renewal, but when I asked for a refund they refunded even that do not refund for renewals according to the refund policy. 5 stars for customer support 👍
