I will give 1 star and I hope in future I will be able to give all 5, but right now I am very frustrated.
I bought YITH premium woocommerce plugin on Saturday.
First I was not able to activate it - it was defective because it cannot find one of its functions and therefore cannot activate.

After contacting YITH support team ( waited for the answer around 12 hours ). I got new .zip file.
And again it had errors!
I wrote again to YITH support, but till now what is more then 16 hours I didn't got any reply.

So How long I need to wait ????
AND for what i paid my money?

The plugin is fantastic but the customer service is AMAZING! They are quick to respond, find workable solutions for me when I need customization, and always respectful. I highly recommend the products they have. I'm using the booking and appointment plugin. Tons cheaper than Woocommerce and personalized customer service!

We had tried other connectors for Authorize.net and were disappointed. Since switching to Yith we have been very happy with the support and software. It is timely and they solved a problem that was a game changer for our organization.

Resolvieron el problema que tenia, a pesar de que no era por el plugin, sino por mi proveedor de hosting y gracias a las indicaciones que me dieron pude conversar con ellos y resolverlo.
También me ayudaron con la petición "extra" en cuanto a ciertos estilos que necesitaba. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar, muchas gracias. Seguiré usando sus excelentes plugin

I am extremely satisfied with the support. The team responded to my request quickly, friendly and extremely professionally. Although the plugin was unfortunately not compatible with my theme, I was refunded the amount without any problems. The entire process was transparent and customer-oriented.
