Really poor experience with YITH, was an update to Stripe which 'they were not aware of' and led to one of our customers being charged multiple times and a fraud case being opened against us. YITH were not very concerned with helping but just with shifting blame and ensuring that it was clear that it wasn't their responsibility. Honestly felt that YITH didn't care about small business, and it's super alarming that they are not aware of updates to Stripe when they boast of being 'the world's leading independent company in the development of WooCommerce plugins'. Sadly we have to recommend to steer clear

Soy cliente de Yith desde hace 3 años, el servicio y atención que he tenido de todos sus colaboradores ha sido increíble de Carlos, Iván, Gabriela, sé que se me escapan muchos nombres más, pido de corazón que feliciten a todos en Yith por su compromiso y dedicación por mejorar la calidad de nuestro proyecto. Son parte de nuestro equipo de TI a través de sus plugins. Estoy muy agradecido y los recomiendo al 100% Sabemos que hay muchos retos por venir, pero de eso se trata esto, si no sería muy aburrido todo ¿No lo creen? Gracias y muchos más éxitos para todos.

Finally threw in with YITH. After years of seeing their plugins all around the WP world it was time to give them a try after multiple failed plugins with other devs. We've implemented their Category Accordion, Ajax Search, Brands add-on and likely soon their Quote solution.

Sales support into tech support have been great and we hope for years of trouble-free, non-conflicting plugin use!

We switched from Polylang to WPML based on YITH’s claim of WPML compatibility. While the plugin works well overall and support is helpful, resources don’t display correctly in secondary languages, making our English booking page unusable. Since resources are essential for our setup, this is a major issue. Promoting full WPML compatibility is misleading if such a core feature isn’t supported.

En nuestra empresa de Diseño Web estratexa.es confiamos en YITH desde sus inicios, cuando tenían aquel hermoso theme para Woocoomerce llamado Mayashop. Ahí fue cuando los descubrimos.

Ahora, con la suite de plugins, estamos maravillados y siempre que necesitamos utilizarlos para integrar alguna función especial a WordPress o Woocommerce, es nuestro proveedor primario.

A pesar de que los precios no son los más económicos del mercado, se compensa con su gran soporte y la calidad de los complementos.

Sin duda un gran Partner tecnológico si te dedicas a esto del Diseño web, y en especial a la implementación WordPress.

Plugin et service impeccable

I have been testing Yith plugins since the beginning of 2024 and have found their product and support services to be the best on the market.

This company has a reputation for providing high quality plugins and good customer service. I have purchased two plugins from them and both are good quality and provide the features I needed.

I have had two separate issues that required me to contact their support team. For the first issue I received a solution within 24 hours which was very good but the second issue dragged on for two weeks and this was very disappointing as my site is live.

For the second issue, it seemed to me that Customer Support was favouring new tickets and if a ticket could not be resolved quickly it was being pushed to the bottom of the queue. I was waiting over three days between responses which was frustrating.

On the plus side, support did eventually resolve the issue and updated their plugin to accommodate my requirements which is to their credit.

In summary: their plugins are good quality; support will provide code solutions to issues you have and this can be within 24 hours; but be aware that this is not always the case and you may be waiting some time for your issue to be resolved.

Very impressed with the products and the support. I needed support, which was provided very quickly. Thank you, highly recommend.

YITH ofrece un soporte técnico muy bueno y están dispuestos a ayudar incluso con personalizaciones especiales. Sus plugins son sencillos de usar, visualmente atractivos y funcionan bien con diversos temas de WordPress. Aunque algunos usuarios tienen preocupaciones sobre las políticas de renovación automática, el equipo es ágil en resolver conflictos entre temas y plugins. En general, sus productos son recomendables para cualquier usuario de WordPress que busque calidad y funcionalidad.
