Very patient and helpful

Very patient and helpful, Benjamin ran an update for our router that appears to have ironed out speed/stability issues and stayed in contact through the troubleshooting process

Chat feature

I could use the chat feature and didn’t have to wait long for someone to help me. It was a real human and not a chat bot and I was able to get my issue resolved quickly.

Benjamin Was Great!

Xiber customer support is top tier

Benjamin was IT support for me as well as the first person I talked to through Xiber. for me from initial start up of the service, I have never had such knowledgeable and competent support from previous internet providers. I’m excited to try the service for the first time and know I will be good hands if I run into any problems in the future.
