Great Service - I needed a short length (25ft) of specialized control cable, and they helped me get it without the "Special" costs added by other suppliers.

I really appreciated the active communication, with these sourcing challenges.

The product was just what I needed and is now installed and working perfectly.

I ordered four custom 70-foot lengths of cable and paid an additional $75 cutting charge. All four coils arrived with torn packaging and exposed cable, and one section appears to have a nick/gouge in the jacket.

My sales agent, Sala Rasul, was very rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns, which made an already frustrating situation worse.

As an electrical contractor, I expect new cable to arrive properly protected and undamaged. Very poor experience. Unless Nassau makes this right, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Measurements were spot on; processing time was more than reasonable; price was better than other vendors.

The aluminum 1/0-3C with #4 Ground XHHW-2 XLPE Plex Cable was a practical and cost effective solution for a feeder line through a conduit to a 100A subpanel rather than buying separate wires. The wire came well packaged in a box, rolled and zip-tied with caps on the ends and plenty of bubble wrap. It was easy to make the correct connections on each end with the different colored wires. The NEC ampacity for 1/0 aluminum is 120A, so any voltage drop over a longer run should be minimal. The wires are individually marked with AWG, jacket type, voltage, etc., as is required for this application. On my QO main breaker panel end, the neutral wire just fits as the right side neutral bar has 3 positions that can take up to 2/0.

After years of using them, I have never had an issue. I've purchased a lot of wire and it always comes in as ordered, fast, and with good communication. This last order was just as fast, and as always, correct.

They were quick efficient and kept me updated on the arrival of the wire ordered. Everything arrived in good condition and works well, their prices were definitely fair as well considering most local options were too expensive compared to their website

I reached out first to get a quote on a product that didn't have a price listed like most of their other products. They responded quickly with a quote. I ended up going with a different wire. Had a few issues when ordering the wire . It came from two locations which would have cause extra shipping but after talking to the representative got it all straight out and wire was delivered as on the order and in a timely fashion
