You have most of the magazines I subscribe to. There seem to be a lot. It would be good if I could print out an article from one of my magazines so I can use it in my shop. Trying to print an article doesn't work at all.

Funciona fatal
Para usar zinio hace falta más que paciencia. La app funciona fatal. Acabo de comprar dos revistas y no me deja verlas. Dejaré de usarlo. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Suscripción a revista cancelada
Me suscribí a una revista digital (Desnivel) que ofrecía Zinio, y ahora me informa que ha cancelado el acuerdo con dicha revista y que no me la va a poder ofrecer.
Me ofrece un vale para que me suscriba a otra revista diferente, pero a mi no me interesa y quiero el retorno de mi pago, a lo cual se niega.
Actualización
Como se puede ver, Zinio me pide como respuesta a esta denuncia en Trustpilot que les envíe todo el detalle de mi reclamación.
Tras hacerlo su respuesta vuelve a ser la misma: que han transcurrido más de 3 meses de la contratación del servicio y que no me pueden hacer la devolución por paypal.
La verdad es que me están tomando el pelo de una forma clara: nada les impide hacerme un ingreso a través de paypal o de una tarjeta de crédito sin tener que estar vinculado al pago inicial.
Tened en cuenta lo que me ha ocurrido antes de hacer una suscripción con Zinio, pues en el caso de que finalicen su acuerdo con la revista te la dejan de enviar y se lavan totalmente las manos.
Ahora voy a tratar de poner una reclamación en consumo.

subs transfer assistance
A magazine I subscribed to had been discontinued with 3 issues still remaining. The help desk very quickly resolved the issue and gave me a voucher to use for another magazine I was interested in. I could find no fault with their handling of the query at all.

Request for update in delivering the Woman's Day issue for the week was immediately taken action with but now it is happening again. Usually i got the digital issue sunday afternoon or in the evening but now it's 11:16 pm NZ time and i've been patiently checking since this morning but to no avail.

Given a subscription to Gardners World…
Given a subscription to Gardners World digital magazine and it is hopeless trying to get it to download. Keep getting an error message saying download failed. Put the magazine into favourites but when I go back to it it’s not there.
I would never voluntarily use this app again.
