Poor support
Zinio was a great platform until it isn’t. I’ve been receiving a magazine for several years until recently. For no reason at all, the subscription quit showing up and have been unable to get it even though I’m paid for another year. All they’ve done is stall and blame the magazine for the problems. No resolution in sight.

Man skal virkeligt være vågen - jeg ville igen abbonnere på runners magazine - men hvor prisen tidligere var tæt på 150 kr om året var prisen pludselig 295,- Et par dage efter var prisen så 165 - men det gælder kun via. app'en - hvis man på samme tid logger på zinio.com via en browser stiger prisen nu til ikke mindre en 322,- holdt op i mod at man på magasinets hjemmeside kan købe et digital abbonement til kun 17£ skal man altså virkeligt overveje om man vil betale ågerpriser for bekvemmelighed.
Svar:
Ingen problemer med app'en - kun problemer med jeres prissætning.. Hvorfor er prisen over dobbelt så høj hvis jeg køber et abbonement fra en browser end fra app'en? Og hvorfor stiger og falder priserne så voldsomt på app'en?

Did not receive purchased Sports Illustrated
I placed an order for the Sports Illustrated Football Preview 2024 issue. My purchase was made on August 26, 2024. Today is October 24, 2024. The magazine has not shown up in my mail. I want a refund of $10.80, the purchase price that I paid. Please credit my bank account.

I had a problem with a magazine publisher. The stopped publishing their magazine and Zinio.com got me a refund right away. Zinio.com is also a great place to subscribe to your favorite magazine. You can look at current and past issues in your account library.

My problem was resolved quickly by the customer service team of Zinio as soon as I emailed them. They even caught up with me to check if everything was ok.
