This company is a scam I paid £150 for…
This company is a scam I paid £150 for 2 goodies and a t-shirt, the order got held by Parcelforce and I was told I need to pay £63 for customs when I contacted the company I was told pay it and they will refund the shipping costs, after I paid it and sent them proof they only refunded £6, the person messaging me said she told be she would pay shipping, so tried to get out of it in a technicality, I would never use them again when I complained she said it’s me donating to Palestine, it’s not chair you are being made to pay something under false pretences

We are sorry for the frustration caused by the additional customs charge and by the way our explanation came across. We understand why receiving a much smaller reimbursement than you expected felt misleading, especially after you had paid the charge and sent us proof.
A partial reimbursement has been made. The arrangement we discussed covered a limited contribution, rather than reimbursement of the full customs bill. We should have made the amount and the distinction between shipping costs and import charges much clearer before you made any further payment.
Our shipping policy explains that import duties and taxes are set by the destination authorities and are payable by the customer. We do not cover the full customs charge. You can read the policy here: https://www.wtrmelon.co/policies/shipping-policy
That policy does not remove our responsibility to communicate clearly about any individual reimbursement we offer. If you have correspondence that you understood as a promise to cover the full charge, please send it to service@wtrmelon.co so we can review the wording and the payment with you.
Customs charges are separate from our charitable contribution. We are sorry that our response left you feeling these were being confused. Your concern deserves a clear explanation of the charges and the reimbursement, without using the cause to dismiss it.

Unmatched quality!!! When buying clothing thats is, 1. helping to support Palestinian families in need, 2. Showing your personal solidarity to the Palestinian people through clothing, you dont want to buy something that you wash a couple of times and the visual voice for Palestine thats on the clothing starts to fade or the t-shirt looks old. Placed an order a month ago
Placed an order a month ago, never received a shipping notification. Chased after a week got told their container was destroyed in Germany, chased again, they kept saying give us a few more days and then today chased again and they went back to the containers getting damaged again. I paid £70 for a hoodie including shipment. As it currently stands that's money down the drains. Customer service don't even sign their name. Don't recommend at all. I even asked for a refund and they won't process it

We are sorry you had to keep chasing your hoodie and that your request for a refund did not receive a clear response. Being repeatedly told to wait a few more days, without a reliable update or a named person following up, was understandably frustrating.
Please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 52 997 1521, or use https://wa.me/971529971521, and send your order number. Please let us know whether the hoodie eventually arrived and what remains unresolved. We have found a likely matching order and want to confirm it privately before discussing the shipment or any refund request. Please do not post your order or contact details publicly here.
We experienced repeated customs inspections affecting our shipments, including issues involving the Just Do It design and the Palestine map in our logo. Some batches were held for weeks or were not released, requiring replacement shipments, sometimes more than once. We worked with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October to address these shipping problems.
However, that background does not make repeated, unclear explanations acceptable. We need to check the specific history of your order, explain what happened and review your refund request with you. We are sorry that our earlier replies did not provide that clarity.

Genuine T-shirt
I bought a T-shirt on 10th of March, and since then I got no information about the delivery status. The SHOP app is simply useless so far, as well as contacting the customer service via email. I only got standard replies with no actual information about the status of my delivery. I am trying now to understand how to get refunded.
*EDIT* 30/04/2025
After requesting again information about my delivery, I had a long chat with the customer care via Whatsapp. I have been explained that the issue on delivery was out of their control due to German zoll (customs). Unfortunatelly they couldn't do anything for this.
After this issue was solved, I received my item smoothly. Also, I bought a second T-shirt from them, and it has been delivered within the expected time (1 working day!!).
I am happy to say that eventually everything went well.

Commande non reçue et zéro communication
Commande passée et confirmée le 29 mars avec délai d'expédition annoncé de 3 jours, message envoyé le 7 avril pour avoir des nouvelles comme la commande était toujours affichée comme "en préparation" et... pas de nouvelles depuis.

Nous sommes désolés que votre commande soit restée affichée « en préparation » au-delà du délai annoncé et que votre message du 7 avril n’ait pas reçu de réponse claire. Vous aviez raison de demander des nouvelles. Nous vous confirmons que votre commande a depuis été livrée.
Nous souhaitons aussi expliquer le contexte des difficultés d’expédition que nous avons rencontrées. Nos envois ont fait l’objet de contrôles douaniers répétés, notamment autour du design Just Do It et de la carte de la Palestine dans notre logo. Certains lots ont été retenus plusieurs semaines ou n’ont pas été libérés, ce qui nous a obligés à réexpédier des commandes, parfois à plusieurs reprises.
Nous avons travaillé avec les autorités concernées au début du mois d’octobre pour résoudre ces problèmes d’expédition. Ces difficultés ne justifient toutefois pas l’absence de réponse à votre demande ni le manque d’informations pendant votre attente. Nous aurions dû vous expliquer plus clairement l’évolution de votre commande.
Maintenant que votre commande est arrivée, nous vous serions reconnaissants de mettre à jour votre avis pour mentionner cette issue, si vous le souhaitez. Vous pouvez bien entendu conserver votre retour honnête sur le délai et la communication : cette décision vous appartient entièrement.
