Second t-shirt bought. Excellent material, colour and design. This time it looks like the material is a bit less heavy than my previous t-shirt (so I suppose I'll not sweat too much in summer 😅).... Näytä lisää

Will I buy from them again? DEFINITELY!
I bought myself two T-shirts in two different sizes, so if one didn't fit, I would at least have the other one. Both fit perfectly!
I bought only one for my husband and it fits him very well. He looks like a model!
The workmanship is perfect; there are even some embroidered parts that I hadn't seen in the photos! The fabric is as soft as fleece.
Will I buy from them again? DEFINITELY!

Hi Rahman,
We are sorry your order had not reached you when you wrote this review. We understand the frustration of paying for something and being left waiting. Your order has since arrived, and we hope you are happy with your pieces.
We also want to explain the wider shipping difficulties we experienced. Our shipments were repeatedly subject to additional customs inspections, including issues involving our Just Do It design and the Palestine map in our logo. Some batches were held for weeks or were not released, which meant we had to send replacement packages, sometimes more than once. These problems disrupted our usual delivery times.
We worked with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October to address those shipping issues. That background does not take away our responsibility to keep customers informed while they are waiting, and we are sorry for the uncertainty around your order.
Now that your order has arrived, we would appreciate an update to your review reflecting the delivery, if you would like to do so. You are welcome to keep your honest feedback about the original delay; updating the review is entirely your choice.
If anything remains unresolved with your items, please contact us at service@wtrmelon.co so we can help.
Kind regards,
Mohammed from the WTRMELON team
