Second t-shirt bought. Excellent material, colour and design. This time it looks like the material is a bit less heavy than my previous t-shirt (so I suppose I'll not sweat too much in summer 😅).... Näytä lisää

I feel completely misled by this company.
I ordered a T-shirt to support a humanitarian cause, but the communication is unclear and suspicious. They claim thousands of items were “seized in Germany” with no proof, no documents, no transparency.
This looks like an excuse to delay or avoid fulfilling orders.
At this point, I strongly advise people to be very careful before ordering from them.

Hi,
We are sorry that the delay and our explanations left you feeling misled. You were entitled to clear information about your own order, rather than broad statements about shipments that did not tell you what would happen next. We understand why the lack of supporting detail raised questions.
We have experienced repeated customs inspections affecting shipments, including issues involving our Just Do It design and the Palestine map in our logo. Some batches were held for weeks or were not released, requiring replacement shipments. We worked with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October to address these shipping problems.
However, we should explain precisely what affected your order and distinguish between a shipment being delayed, held or not released. We do not want to repeat an unverified quantity or suggest that a general explanation establishes what happened to your particular parcel.
Please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 52 997 1521, or use https://wa.me/971529971521, with your order number and the messages you received. We want to review the order status, the explanation you were given and any outstanding request with you directly, and share the relevant information available for your case. Please keep your order details private rather than posting them here.
We are sorry our communication did not give you the clarity you needed.
Kind regards,
Mohammed from the WTRMELON team

Take your business elsewhere
WTRMLN has a noble mission on paper - but the execution is a mess.
Customer service is slow, confusing, and largely unhelpful. Simple, time-sensitive questions took multiple follow-ups to get vague or irrelevant responses. It feels like you’re talking to a script, not a team that actually understands or cares about resolving issues.
Even worse, the website is unreliable. It claimed my order qualified for free shipping, yet still charged me at checkout. When I flagged it, I was told the site “isn’t updated” - and that was it. No accountability, no attempt to honor what was advertised, no solution. Just shrugging off misleading information.
A quick look at other reviews makes it clear this isn’t a one-off issue. Customers consistently report wrong sizes being shipped and orders arriving late - basic e-commerce fundamentals that this brand seems unable to get right.
For a company trying to position itself as thoughtful and premium, the operational gaps are glaring. I ended up buying elsewhere, and based on everything I’ve seen, that was the right call. Definitely feels like I dodged a bullet.

Vastaus yritykseltä Wtrmelon
Hi,
Thank you for setting out your experience. We are sorry that your time-sensitive questions led to repeated follow-ups without useful answers. We also understand why seeing a free-shipping message followed by a shipping charge at checkout made you lose confidence. Being told the website was not updated did not give you a proper explanation or a solution.
Shipping conditions should be clear before you decide to buy, and the information shown on the website should match what applies at checkout. We would appreciate the opportunity to examine the specific mismatch you encountered. If you are willing, please email service@wtrmelon.co with the destination country, the approximate date and any screenshot or correspondence you still have. You do not need to have completed an order for us to take this feedback seriously.
We experienced customs-related shipping difficulties during that period and worked with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October to address them. Those difficulties do not explain conflicting information about free shipping or unhelpful replies to your questions. We recognise these as separate concerns.
We understand why you chose to shop elsewhere. Thank you for raising the problems directly; we are sorry the experience fell short before you could even place an order.
Kind regards,
Mohammed from the WTRMELON team
Untrustworthy, fraudulent
They sent the wrong size and then completely stonewalled me when I tried to return it - refusing to provide the basic info required to complete their DHL return. After multiple emails, they became evasive and then stopped replying. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their “supporting a cause” messaging rings empty when they won’t take accountability for a simple fulfilment mistake. If you’re considering ordering, be aware you may be left chasing a basic refund.
