Everything was great. Good service, all went well, except...
I didn't read the text properly. I ordered a turntable that wasn't in stock. It was annoying, but not a big deal for me. If I'd needed it next day, it would have been.
My bad, totally, but be aware. Don't be a tw*t, like me. 🙄

Great service and the advice about which equipment i needed prevented me from buying the wrong item.

Guys wow my first time using Westend DJs and thanks for a service second to none, ordered a new mixer on a Sunday and told me I would receive Wednesday but received Tuesday fantastic service will use again 5 stars all the way 😊😊

Items dispatched quickly, one received the following day! Courier somehow split the order, I contacted WestendDJ who were able to give me a separate tracking link, good communication. The other came a day later.

Gavin and the team were exceptional from the outset. My 13 year old is a keen DJ and wanted to upgrade his system. From the beginning the team gave my son time, space and comfort testing the systems and really assisted me on our purchase. It is a fantastic shop for music related purchases and we will certainly be going back for any additional add on purchases. Diana
