I'd go back again
Great experience. Original order was on backorder but they were helpful in helping find an alternative. Revised order was delivered in <24 hours. The product was cheaper elsewhere but they applied a discount to compensate. The only thing i would say is that it would have need nice to have been notified that the original order wasn't in stock and was on back order. If i hadn't chased up i'd still be waiting. Cheers though

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, ordered some decks but turned out didn't have stock (which wasn't a problem in itself) but said they'd get back to me, which they didn't, very difficult to get through to on phone and then when they cancelled the order, held onto my money for two weeks

We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for your money. We wanted to clarify that we initiated your initial refund on June 3rd, but unfortunately, we hit an unexpected error with our payment gateway that caused the transaction to fail behind the scenes.
Once we realized the issue, our team reached out to you daily on June 24th, 25th, and 26th to troubleshoot the gateway error and ensure the funds went through. We are glad we were able to get it resolved and that you confirmed receipt of the funds on June 29th.
The glitch has since been fully resolved with our payment provider to ensure this doesn't happen again. We appreciate your patience while we worked through it, and we'd love the chance to provide a much smoother experience next time.

Recently had a problem with a new piece of kit and it’s been a challenge to fix, Byron has given excellent support even though I know he is crazy busy atm. We got there in the end despite the challenges. Call me crazy but I don’t even check other sites for a better price as I know I will get excellent service and support from DJKit.com
