Westcoast Properties Arvostelua

Daniel from the Portishead office was a helpful and friendly estate agent.

I have just sold my property in Nailsea Bristol , I used my local agent Westcoast estate agents and dealt with the manger of this branch Rachael who has and always does a very good gob for myself as I Have sold a few properties through this company,
Racheal passed to one of her associates called Ashley Johnson who is a very capable approachable agent for this company and is always easy to contact and will get back to you straight away. If you have any problems, I cannot recommend Ashley and Westcoast estate agents highly enough., this is why I have gave them top marks

This review is based on our experience with the Portishead office in particular. We've used them before and were very happy with the service then. We weren't disappointed this time either. What we want from an estate agent is

Can we contact them easily ?
Are they helpful and knowledgeable ?
Do they go the extra mile if needed ?

The Portishead branch tick all those boxes. The office staff were always helpful, and Nick was particularly useful in setting the price and offering advice. When exchanging contracts ran into some difficulties, Sharon really helped to keep everything moving and all parties on board. We would continue to strongly recommend them.

We can confidently recommend the team at Westcoast Properties, Patchway and especially Brad. We switched to Westcoast Properties after having no joy with another estate agent. From the go, Brad was considerate to our needs and a thorough professional. We picked Westcoast for their local knowledge and were not disappointed as we secured a sale within a few weeks from listing on the market. Brad's communication throughout the process has been exceptional and has made the stressful process of moving house, a lot less so. Any requests for support when Brad, as our key contact, was away, were picked up quickly by the team. Thank you!

I would highly recommend West coast properties Brad was helpful and professional, would definitely use again.

Salvador was friendly and answered all our questions

Salvador was very informative and friendly. Being super on it with answering all our questions and finding out anything we needed.

We can't recommend the team at Westcoast Nailsea highly enough ... in particular Ashley and Rachael. They really have gone above and beyond what our expectations would be. Sales progression has been faultless with Ashley providing up to date communication on progress. We have had a difficult conveyance process and without these ladies, I doubt we would have got this over the line. Thank you is not enough 🙏

Westcoast properties estate agent Burnham on sea very professional agents we used them when we bought a property and using them again when property is sol subject to contract brilliant estate agents I would recommend them to others buyers and sellers my agents at this estate agents are Gavin,Jack, and Megan 100/100

Friendly, helpful and chased for progress constantly. Megan was consistently the first to extract updates from a particularly unprofessional conveyancer and I'm sure the sale would have fallen through if not for her actions.

We had a great experience viewing uni properties with Sal! He was super friendly, funny, and made the whole process feel really relaxed and enjoyable. He answered all our questions and was really helpful with giving us all the info we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to make sure you find the right place. Definitely one of the nicest estate agents we’ve met

Talked to a very helpful fella that managed to contact a landlord about an issue I had and get back to me within the 10 minutes. Agencies usually take days or weeks to do this kind of thing. Within a couple hours of chatting to him had an application sent off to a landlord. Great job.

I have dealt with Duncan at Westcoast for years, Duncan is very professional responsive and knowledgeable, and has always delivered exceptional Service. Always happy to help and give of his time and attention making the whole process smooth and stress free, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly yet professional agency

I had a viewing with Salvador in Bristol. He was very friendly and professional, and had lots of knowledge on the property. I was his last viewing of may in the day and at no point did I feel rushed. Would definitely recommend.

Nick was top notch from start to finish. Make the impossible happen getting us across the line just in time with constant communication.

This review doesn't even warrant 1 star,i found/obtained my rental property in Nailsea via these absolute imbeciles,i was messed about from day one, having to wait over a week, just to view the property, which i was was fully aware, was on the market and was only a short 6 month let, then once I had moved in the called me at work, giving me not the permitted 48 hour notice, but 4 hours notice, for a viewing!!
That was just the start of it!!!,they would call at 5.45pm on my way home from work to inform me of viewings, show their potential clients around the property, even allowing them to use the toilet, leving it soiled!!,their latest stunt was to allow a surveyor to enter my property, unsupervised, leaving all my interior doors open, thus giving my dog the run of the house, which may i add is something she is NOT allowed to do,moving my furniture, soiling my TV screen with dirty oilly finger prints!!,they even sent me my official notive, after the property had been sold andci had to go to the collection office in person and pay for and pay for their mail as the hadn't paid the correct postage.
Please!,please!,please avoid these cowboys like the plague!!

west coast , very friendly 100% recommend, excellent service!!!

Very good letting guy Sal! Really professional and friendly! Gave us a good tour! Give this guy a raise!

We were given a viewing by Sal and he was so lovely and informative I highly recommend this company when looking for a property.

Sal was on time to the viewing, very friendly and welcoming when showing us around the house. He went out of his way to answer any of our questions and overall lovely
