Westcoast Properties Arvostelua

Kept us informed throughout the process and was very helpful if there were any issues to resolve.

Following an unforseen situation with another estate agent, we enlisted Westcoast Nailsea to sell our house.
We are so grateful to Rachael and her team for making the whole process stress free.
Her professionalism and knowledge gave us absolute confidence that we had made the right choice.
We cannot recommend Westcoast Nailsea highly enough.

We had a really positive experience with Westcoast Properties. Gemma and Emily were absolutely fantastic — always friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions.
They made the whole buying process feel much easier and less stressful, and we really appreciated all their support along the way.
A big thank you to Gemma and Emily for all your help! We would definitely recommend Westcoast Properties. 🏡😊

I've been dealing with the Pathway branch. I'm a first time buyer and was looking for flats in my area. Craig was brilliant and really helpful and quickly understood what I was looking for in my ideal property. It was always easy to book in viewings with him and communication was very clear. I'd highly recommend him and the team to anyone looking to buy in the area. Now that I'm in the next stages, Emily has also been really helpful and it is nice knowing there is someone who will help keep things on track. Great experience all round and looking forward to completing hopefully in the next couple of months!

Completion today. Westcoast sold our property for us. Professional, helpful, good turnaround, regular communications from everyone. We had comms with most of the team, but our main contacts were Helen, Gemma and Emily. Would recommend Westcoast

Fantastic service - always available to discuss issues and gave sound feedback on regular basis - Craig and Helen so easy to work with - would highly recommend to both buyers and sellers

Really helpful, thorough, polite, great customer service. Craig was able to identify what I was seeking in a property, very straightforward. Im in the process of buying. I have to say Westcoast is one of the best estate agents I came across, much better than any other for the reasons detailed above.

Many thanks to Craig Hayzen at the Patchway branch for all the help given in such a professional manner. The service Craig provided was of a high standard as he is very knowledgeable, informative and supportive which led to a stress free experience.

Thanks to Rachael for supporting us through a tricky chain. She was kind, supportive and worked long hours to get our purchase completed. Thank you Rachael!

Great experience dealing with Westcoast in Nailsea. Such a warm and friendly team, who deliver a very efficient service.

Amazing experience with Amy! Great communication over email whilst sorting our student house, making everything simple and easy for us whilst answering any questions we had. Would recommend!

Throught the experience, the service was caring, personal & hassle free, very professional & curteous, I will always employ westcoast based on the service I have received, thank you very much indeed.

We’ve just completed the purchase of our property, and we’d like to say a huge thank you to Emily Murfin. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, supportive, and always available to answer any questions we had. Buying a property can be a stressful and lengthy process, but Emily’s professionalism and reassurance made a real difference.

We truly appreciate all her hard work and dedication. Keep up the fantastic work! 😊

From start to finish, the team at Westcoast Properties were exceptional.

I was selling my late father's property whilst living over three hours away, which was an incredibly difficult and emotional time. Alex went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he helped with far more than I would ever have expected, including assisting with sorting and clearing the property.

The service I received was outstanding from the whole team. They were professional, compassionate, responsive, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me.

If you're reading this review and wondering who to choose to sell your property, look no further. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westcoast Properties and can honestly say you won't be disappointed.

A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Alex and Dan, for all your help, support, and kindness.

Thank you.

I would highly recommend West Coast especially the two staff who helped me with my new rented accommodation. Jess from the Portishead branch who first showed me around and all her help afterwards for the moving process. Also Megan from PMC for all her help in finalising everything. Me and my son are very happy and that is thanks to you both.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the team at your Nailsea branch. I have purchased properties through West Coast and used your letting services for my portfolio over the years. I have just had new tenants move into one of my properties, and Leila was absolutely fantastic. She surpassed herself to find exactly the right tenants for me. In fact, the whole Nailsea team—Rachael, Ashley, Emily, and Leila—are brilliant. They are approachable, professional, and a true credit to your company. Thank you all again for your continued efforts."
