Would not use you again
1. List difficult to find, took several attempts using both names of couple.
2 I omitted part of my message & emailed the company immediately I realised but only have had an automated reply & no feedback to date.
3. Delivery charge,gift wrap,vcard & message unexpected extra expenses, not appreciated.
4 Gifts much more expensive than in the usual retail outlets, eg John Lewis.

I’m really sorry to hear you had difficulty locating the couple’s gift list. We’re always here to help via phone, email, and live chat if you ever need a hand. I’ll also pass this on to our development team to ensure the layout is as clear and intuitive as possible going forward.
I’m also sorry that you didn’t receive a reply from our customer service team straightaway. Our automated updates do advise that responses can take 24–48 hours, but I can see that my colleague has now been in touch and has updated the message on your generous purchase, which I’m pleased to hear is now resolved.
Regarding the additional charge for gift wrapping and a personalised card — this is offered as an optional extra, and each item is hand-wrapped with care by our lovely warehouse team. The small fee helps us present gifts beautifully for our couples, but I’m very sorry if this came as an unexpected cost.
In terms of pricing, we list all items at the recommended retail prices provided by our suppliers. However, we do offer a price-match service with selected retailers such as John Lewis if you contact us prior to placing your order. I apologise if this wasn’t made clearer at the time.

Excellent presentation of the wedding gift options but was the very surprised to be presented with, in my view, cynical additional cost “options” to leave a message for the wedding couple and for gift wrapping.
