This site was very easy to use. The couple’s wish list for presents was easily accessed with clear descriptions and prices. I liked the prompts for added extras, like gift wrap etc. Also liked the place for a personal message to the couple. Top marks thank you.

If you have budget watch out for add ons!
I loved browsing though the gifts and selecting one within my price range, but then was disappointed to realise you add on a delivery fee and felt obliged to add the option to gift wrap for extra cost and they asked more than once if I wanted to write a personal message for extra cost. Adding about £15 to total for an already overpriced gift! So I didn’t order item I wanted and ended up clubbing in with others for a higher value item to avoid a delivery fee and we didn’t bother to gift wrap or send message card. I can see why this company is popular with the bride and groom but for guests I feel it’s a bit cheeky! Tip… don’t offer gift wrap as it’s bad for environment and unnecessary.

These options are offered for those who would like the convenience, but we understand they may not suit everyone.
Regarding delivery, the delivery charge is designed to ensure that the couple can receive unlimited deliveries on dates of their choosing, without incurring any costs themselves. This allows us to keep the service complimentary for the couple, which is a key part of our offering as a gift list provider.
We completely understand that guests may prefer to contribute to a group gift or opt out of gift wrap and message cards, and these choices are always available. We also appreciate your comments around sustainability, which is something we continue to consider when reviewing our services.

Hidden extra charges
Minimum spend~£80 or so or else you have to pay £3.99 delivery fee. Extra fee for gift wrapping too. They get sent to the couple on their chosen day so it’s just a money making scheme from wedding present co. and they don’t tell the couple that they do this, is my understanding. Not impressed.
