Fantastic website and experience
Such a great idea for couples and a really great service for guests. I found it super easy to find the list and really enjoyed looking through what our friends had chosen. What a amazing variety of items to choose from! I also phoned the customer service line to ask a question and spoke with Sophie who was super helpful. Would recommend definitely.

Charged delivery for gifts
I think charging delivery for gifts under 75 pounds when it will be all delivered together in one lorry anyway, and given the margin you already have on product, is quite unreasonable. Screams of making money off extras because standard revenue growth has slowed

The £3.99 delivery charge is in place to ensure that all gifts are carefully processed, stored, and securely delivered to the couple in a seamless manner. While the gifts are collated for final delivery, each individual order still requires handling, packaging, and coordination behind the scenes to make sure everything arrives safely and in perfect condition.
