Nicely done
Nicely done, easy to order and lovely gifts…however I am giving 3 stars as felt it cheeky to add on almost £12 to the order by charging for a card, then gift wrapping and then delivery to the couple. I personally think that the card should be included in the gift wrapping price even if you increase the overall cost….I felt duty bound to have the extras which I think should be part of the price and process as obviously you want the gift to be special.

We were unable to access the list and…
We were unable to access the list and ended up having to telephone the office when we were connected separately - took a while and many gifts already purchased by the time we got through. Disappointing.

Ordering was easy, but not really impressed with the rest v
Ordering was easy. Though given presents are presumably delivered en masse, I was surprised to be charged a delivery charge and that the recipient was told that I had ordered as soon as k did, rather than editing until delivery. Just as well I didn’t bother with gift wrapping. It’s hardly a surprise when it arrives.

We’re sorry to hear that other aspects didn’t fully meet your expectations. In terms of delivery charges, we offer couples two complimentary deliveries; however, most exceed this. By applying a small delivery fee to guest orders, we’re able to keep our service completely free for our couples.
Regarding notifications, couples can choose whether they’d like to be informed as each gift is purchased or prefer to keep everything as a surprise until delivery. We understand how this may have affected your experience and appreciate you highlighting it.

charging extra leaves a bad taste
to charge extra delivery on gifts that are being delivered anyway leaves a bad taste.
To charge extra to wrap the gifts when these are all obviously gifts and should be wrapped also leaves a bad taste.
ALL the wedding gifts need wrapping and delivering so why charge extra - why not just include in the price. This, as a guest buying a gift, has ensured i will not use The wedding present company for my wedding

Gift wrap is offered as an optional service, as not all guests choose to have their gifts wrapped. When selected, our dedicated team carefully wrap each item using premium-quality paper and ribbon to ensure it arrives beautifully presented for the couple. We completely understand that preferences differ, and we aim to give guests the flexibility to decide what works best for them.
In terms of delivery, we do offer free delivery on gift orders of £75 or more. For orders under £75, there is a £3.99 charge. This structure allows us to provide a complimentary service to our couples, meaning they do not incur delivery costs themselves and can receive multiple deliveries at no additional charge.
We appreciate that some guests would prefer these costs to be built into product pricing. However, we choose to keep our pricing transparent rather than incorporating blanket increases across all items, so guests only pay for the services they choose to use.
We’re very sorry that this has impacted your view of us, but we are grateful that you took the time to share your thoughts. Feedback like yours is always taken seriously as we continually review our service.
