Total scam! They sold a guide tour to the sagrada família in Barcelona and never show up nor gave my tkts!!
Horrible experience! Never buy with them if you don’t want to loose your money.

It is a scam, when you realise and you want to cancel it is not possible and not even a complaint in the bank works. They are an American based company and they don't follow the European consumer laws.
They pretend to be the official website and sell tickets triple price.

Je commande sur ce que je pense être le site officiel (ils se présentent comme tel) 2 tickets pour l'Alcazar. Déjà surprise du prix très élevé, je me dis que bon, c'est justifié par le fait d'avoir un guide. Visite prévue pour 12h, je suis sur place à 11h30. J'ai des mails de réservation et paiement mais à l'entrée, on me demande les tickets officiels. Je montre mes mails mais aucune trace des tickets officiels. Je téléphone...aucune réponse. J'envoie un mail que j'exige mon argent de retour et là, après une vingtaine de minutes, je vois sur ma boîte de mails un mail daté du 27 or 3 personnes ont regardé mes mails de walker tours et IL N'Y AVAIT AUCUN MAIL DE TICKETS ET AUDIOGUIDES. La malhonnêteté est allée jusqu'à donner une date antérieure. Vu les avis publiés sur cette compagnie, tous parlant d'arnaque, comment Google les met en 1ère page et secundo, comment les autorités ne les ont pas encore pincés.
PS Lorsque je suis allée à l'alcazar payer les billets réellement officiels et que j'ai évoqué mon problème, la dame au guichet m'a dit..Ah oui, c'est toujours la même chose avec Walker Tours.

Se hacen pasar por la pagina oficial de la Mezquita de Córdoba, en las primeras posiciones de google.
Te cobran 32,50€ por la entrada general que en realidad son 13€!!! casi 3 veces mas!!!!

Watch out people! This is a scam. You do not get what you’ve paid for.
Double check your official websites. And then double check again.

Fraud!!! They charge you the double for an entrance that you could find in the official website, but their website looks the same as the official one!

As everyone else has said, these guys are a scam. Do not book through them. You will lose money.

Security at the site say It is a regular problem with Walker tours.
Tourist office are trying to close them.

They're thiefs, do not buy anything from them. I bought tickets for both Mezquita in Cordoba and Alcazar in Seville with audioguide included downloadable on the smartphone (that what they said on the website). However, I have never received the links to download the guide and when I got to the places, the staff told me that they couldn't do nothing and that I had to reach out to Walkers Tours. This would have been helpful, if they ever reply - spoiler: they didn't. They have an US phone number to call for support, but the recorded voice invites you to contact them via a Spanish phone number through Whatsapp, to which they only replied asking for my reservation number and that's it. I never heard back from them anymore. They are THIEFS! I paid a higher price for the tickets to get also the audioguide and guess what: the prices in loco where WAY MORE LOWER than what they offer on their website. Their company must be closed as it's simply FRAUD.

Ho comprato, pagandolo 32,90€, un ingresso per la Mezquita di Cordoba del valore di 13,00€; inoltre, a differenza di quanto pubblicizzato, non ho avuto a disposizione nemmeno l’audio-guida e contattare il supporto tecnico è stato impossibile. La colpa è stata comunque mia che non mi sono accorto che non era il sito ufficiale della Mezquita!! Stare alla larga ed affidarsi ai canali istituzionali ed ufficiali!!! Ritengo di essere stato derubato.

We made a tour of the Alcazar in Seville. The tour started on time and we did not have to que for long as the guide arranged access easily.The tour guide was knowledgeable and highlighted the most important things to see. In 45 minutes we felt we had seen all there was to see. We had the option of remaining in the Alcazar at to view at our leisure.

A total deception!
After paying double what you normally pay to enter the mosque in Cordoba, they do not show up at the meeting point. They do not respond to WhatsApp, phone or mail.
Several tourists are left with the money stolen by hiring the tour with this company that is a total fiasco, a fraud. Don't buy any tour with them if you don't want to lose your money.

Thought I was purchasing tix for Mezquita and audio guide on their official website; but it wasn’t. Received email for tickets 4 1/2 hours after my assigned ticket entry ( which was also 2 hours after they closed). Phone number is disconnected and email address doesn’t work either. Couldn’t reach them. Waiting and got frustrated. Have a dispute lodged with credit card awaiting refund.

Die Tickets sind nicht nur viel zu teuer, sondern wir haben bei der Buchung die Mitteilung erhalten, dass unsere Kreditkarte nicht genehmigt wurde. Daraufhin haben wir erneut gebucht. Auch bei dieser Buchung hieß es, „denied“. Letztlich haben wir 6 Tickets a 32 Euro gebucht, statt 2 für 13! Walker war nicht bereit, die Tickets zu erstatten.

Do not book walker tours for Alhambra we payed € 106 per ticket for two persons . And we cant get in with our gold ticket. And they are not reachable by phone nummer or whatsapp. Everytime we call they say they are very busy. Its a big scam. Now they say there are now tickets available. Don't book Walker tours !!

don't book with walker tours for the alhambra in Granada. they take a commission of 20 euro per ticket, even for a free ticket.

Booked a tour of Alhambra. The guide did not arrive. The guide had our tickets so we could not enter alone.we called both telephone numbers, one in Florida, no reply. Sent an email no reply. Our special occasion ruined. We stayed at expensive Parador as part of our trip to Alhambra. Was not contacted to rearrange as email the following day said logistical problems. Received a refund but no compensation for the hotel.

Geen ticket gezien, niemand bereikbaar. Uitstap viel in het water want geen echte tickets meer beschikbaar. Wel driedubbele van officiële tarief betaald.Deden zich voor als officiële website. Hebben al onze ID-info.
