SKAM!!! Overpriced tickets, cancellation of tickets, no refund.

We ordered Tickets for the Colosseum Rome on a site that looked like the official Colosseum site, with official logo's en look&feel.

Be careful Walker Tours does the same for other landmarks also in other countries, like the Pantheon or the Sagrada Familia.

Over priced, the tickets were canceled the night before, NO response via whatsapp and email, refund was not received. And of course no possibility to buy new tickets at the day of visit.

Arnaque ! Voleurs ! Menteurs ! Scandaleux !

THIS IS A SCAM. WE WERE ROBBED OF 90 euros for SEVILLA ALCAZAR TOUR. WE NEVER HAD OUR TICKETS...

This Company is a major scam. They sponsor a sure that makes it look like an official sure of the Mezquita in Córdoba but it’s not. Bought tickets for a guided tour at an inflated price. Was told the guide would have the tickets and provide fast track entrance into the site. Guide was a no show and had no tickets. Scammed.

Pour information, je suis victime de cette arnaque (400€ de billets au lieu de 100€ au tarif officiel, tickets partiellement reçus). J'ai déposé plainte auprès du commissariat de police. Soyez vigilants et déposez plainte vous aussi, on ne sait jamais, peut être les autorités vont réussir à fermer ce site frauduleux et on pourrait revoir notre argent

I have used multiple companies to book tours and this is for sure the worst service. We were overcharged for tickets to the colosseum and the Vatican in Rome, paying 500 euros for activities that cost a third of that amount. We never received the actual tickets, we tried to contact the company by phone, email, and WhatsApp and no response. We lost the opportunity to visit the landmarks in a one-time life trip, time waited and a lot of money lost. Don’t buy services thorough them

Shocker! Never received any tickets for the Vatican museum having been told as others that they would come by email.
Total scam.
The people at the Vatican said they had had many complaints and the ushered us in to get other tickets and join a tour group. And it was considerably cheaper as well!

Acheté deux billets pour le Colisee et NADA ! grosse arnaque à fuir. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils sont encore en tête lorsdes achats en ligne...

Ce sont des voleurs.

Ticket réservé pour le Colisée à 78 euros (prix officiel 18 euros) et jamais reçu. J’ai du acheter de nouveau les tickets à l’éntree du Colisée. J’ai demandé le remboursement, nous verrons dans 10 jours si le remboursement est reçu.

J'ai commandé des billets pour une visite, j'ai été débité, billets jamais reçu. Ne répond évidemment pas aux mails.

We payed for 2 tickets to the colosseum in Rome and were told we would receive them via email and never did!!!!! 75 Euros down the drain that I now have to dispute with my bank! WHAT A SHAM!!!! This is a false site!!!!!!

If you're reading this it's likely too late and you have buyers remorse like me. It's a scam with a clever URL but you've paid over double thinking it's legit. I feel your pain. I should have scrolled on a bit more and looked for .es site not .com

Big scam, but tickets for 143 euro. Never got the ticket, just took my money.

Really ruined the day for us. This visit to the Pantheon was to be our very first tour in all of Italy. This fraud site took our money two weeks ago and responded with emails saying our tickets would arrive prior to the tour. Of course they never came, and my emailing them and calling this fake company numerous times had zero use; they NEVER responded. We ended up touring with a small local group for 30 Euros, which turned out fine. The WORST part of The Walker Tours however, was THE MOMENT we exited the Pantheon, we got two emails from the company, saying "Your tour has been cancelled!" This scam company is shameless, and to be avoided AT ALL COSTS!!!

Guaranteed, any positive reviews for this criminal outfit are written by these Sri Lankan gang members themselves. Shame on these people!!

I ended up paying more than twice the price for Sagrada Familia vs what the real official site would have charged me. I paid €79 …& if I had purchased from the true official website, it was €36. My mistake for falling for this scam. Never again :(

On s est aussi fait anarque. Nous avons achete un billet sur le colisee + Forum et palatin , nous avons recu que le colisee

ESTAFA!!! Me cobraron 16€ por entrar al Panteón en Roma, cuando el precio es 5€ y seleccionamos el día 8/03 para la visita y en el boucher pusieron 9/03. No fuimos los únicos. Había una señora al lado con el mismo problema.
