I strongly recommend not purchasing Colosseum tickets through this website. This is not the official Colosseum website, but an independent third-party booking agency.
In our case, we were charged almost €70 per adult —€65.80, to be precise— even though the official ticket for the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill costs €18. The website itself acknowledges, in a small and not very prominent note within the description, that only €18 corresponds to the actual admission ticket. The remaining amount is charged for “additional services”, an audio guide and booking fees. That means almost €48 extra per person.
The price was not the only problem. During the booking process, you select a specific date and time, which gives the impression that you are securing that exact slot. However, after we had paid, they contacted us saying that there was a problem and tried to change both our date and time. We spent more than a day exchanging messages without knowing for certain when we would actually be able to visit. This level of uncertainty can seriously disrupt an entire travel itinerary.
Furthermore, when you try to cancel or request a refund, you are told that the booking cannot be changed or refunded. Although these conditions are mentioned somewhere on the website, the most important information about the actual ticket price, possible schedule changes and the no-refund policy is not displayed prominently enough during the booking process.
I personally felt misled by the enormous difference between the official admission price and the amount charged, as well as by the uncertainty surrounding the date and time we had selected.
My advice is to purchase directly from the official website of the Colosseum Archaeological Park, where the standard ticket costs €18, and always check carefully that you are using the official website before making any payment.
I hope this review prevents other travellers from going through the same stressful experience.

We are still upset over being cheated by this company for our Tower of London tours. We had to pay double the price. Do not trust these third party companies. I never will again.

I would strongly caution anyone considering booking through Walker Tours / Feel the City Tours.

I believed I was purchasing tickets for Buckingham Palace through what appeared to be an official or authorized ticket source. Only after completing my purchase did I realize I had been charged a substantially inflated price and that my order included several bundled services I neither wanted nor knowingly intended to purchase.

When I contacted customer service and explained the situation, requesting a refund, my request was denied. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, they simply pointed back to their policies.

Had it been clear during the booking process that this was a third-party reseller charging significantly more than the official ticket price while bundling unwanted extras, I would have purchased elsewhere.

My advice is simple: before buying, compare prices directly with the official attraction website and make absolutely certain you understand exactly who you're purchasing from and what you're paying for. My experience was disappointing, and I would not book through this company again.

This business is a fraudulent scam. They impersonate direct booking sites in order to mislead the public. They have no guaranteed access and can cancel the tickets last minute. They are garbage and overpriced.

Compre entradas para el ver el vaticano un tour de 240€, refería que las entradas la entregaban por correo el día anterior, pensaba que estaba comprando directo al Vaticano pero no, mando correo y washap para informar que no me han llegado la entradas y no recibo respuestas. Billets commandés pour visite du château de Versailles. Comme ils sont les 1er à apparaître sur le moteur de recherche, j'ai cru que c'était le site officiel et après que j'aie tout réservé et tout payé, je me suis rendue compte que c'était deux fois moins cher sur le site officiel qui est bien plus bas. Et bien entendu, pas de réponse aux mails quand on veut annuler et pas de délais de rétractation possible. Arnaque bien ficelée...As t'on la possibilité d'un recours?

Looks like the official website but it just charges you over 3 times the price for the entrance ticket. The audio guide needs WiFi which was patchy in the alcazar and it was so basic that there was more on the info boards which are free. Felt like a scam.

BEWARE this company is a scam. The company cancelled my tour the day prior and two months later, still will not issue a refund. Paid $160 for an audio tour of the louvre, which is incredibly over priced to begin with but I was quite naive at the time of booking. I might as well have thrown my money down a garbage disposal.

Got back last week from our 10 day tour of Sri Lanka with Walkers Tours. I must say the whole experience was amazing. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed us around all the places on the itinerary plus many other places enrout. We had 1 small issue with one of the places we stayed, 1 call to Walkers and it was sorted,thank you.

Évitez absolument de commander des billets via ce site. J ai paye 143,70 3 billets et audioguides qui m auraient coûté 66€ si j étais passée par le site officiel du musée que je voulais visiter

Son unos estafadores que de quedan con tu dinero, te cancelan a minutos (Louvre) y luego nunca te devuelven el dinero. Te responden puros bots y por whatsapp te siguen enviando lo mismo. Estafa pura. Jamás compren con ellos.

Our luggage and everything we had was stolen from our train. We had to make the heartbreaking deciisiin to return to the US 2 days into a planned 13-day. Even with a copy of the La Spezia police report Walker Tours would not refund even a part of our tickets to the Coliseum and Forum. It’s still a full week before we were to get to Rome, and I am sure they will resell our tickets to make double off of us. Terrible company, terrible policies and never again would I consider using them.

Una gran estafa. Contraté con ellos una visita guiada al COLISEO, FORO ROMANO- PALATINO y nos la anularon. Nos ofrecieron cambiar las entradas de hora y con audioguia. Al final de dos entradas de 18 euros (36 euros que valian) y un niño de 11 años que tenia coste zero. Pues nos cobraron 155 euros, pensando que aparecería una persona y nos haría la visita o algo, ellos solo me comentaron que no se podía bajar a la arena. Todo información muy confusa y poco clara. También con ellos tenía concertada visita en el Museo del Vaticano y Capilla Sixtina y me la anularon ese mismo día segun ellos porque no habíamos facilitado los datos nominales para las entradas. Totalmente falso, los tenían del del 17 de marzo, más de mes y medio antes. De esta visita si me han devuelto la cantidad pagada. Pero me informaron el mismo día que no se hacía el tour. He llamado muchas veces al telefono de la compañía y enviado mensajes por wassap sin obtener respuesta a mis llamadas. MUY MUY MAL. TOTALMENT DESACONSEJABLE. UNOS ESTAFADORES.
