Walkers Tours SL Arvostelua

A fuir absolument

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! Tell you friends if they are traveling to any attractions in Spain (our was Sagrada Familia) to avoid booking any tickets with these scammers. They ARE NOT the official website. They jack the prices. If you accidentally book the wrong date and reach out to them within minutes of booking they will do nothing.

Terrible experience- dupes you into thinking it's an official site & it's not! Purchased a ticket with audio guide for Alcazar in Seville. I had to chase the ticket as it didn't come through immediately, even though I'd sent through all of my details beforehand. The audio guide uses an android app called Artymax which apparently requires an older version of android (despite my phone being 4 years old already), so basically won't work for 99% of users. Beware & go through official channels only. Walkers tours should be utterly ashamed of themselves for this dire offering! To make matters worse, when I finally get my ticket it's printed with half the price I paid - this is a scam & should be avoided.

A FUIR ! comment peuvent-ils encore exercer ?

SCAM! Do never buy anything from this fake website. They are criminals stealing people’s money. They never answer any call. Stay away from them.

Fake website designed to look like the official website and they charge double the price of the official Sagrada Familia website. You think you will meet a guide and you are just showing up at an employee entrance, no guide just wasted our time, employee could'nt believe I paid double and said they change their emails constantly.... website designed to steal from tourists.

Une anarque. À fuir

Walker Tours is a complete SCAM. They mimic legitimate sites for tours and then just take your money

This service is a scam.
By paying for your ticket you receive an email that requires you to complete your personal data on a web page that can not save anything.
The ticket you paid 3 times the official price will never be sent to you.
Their General Conditions of Sale are very explicit, read them and... run away

If I could give zero that’s what this apparent ‘company’ would get. My tickets were cancelled as their information went to my Spam. Apparently it’s my fault for not checking my spam, although their payment confirmation reached my inbox.
DO NOT USE. They give tourism a bad name.

FAKE!!! Aufpassen

A fuir 😡

IT's a SCAM!! DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! The ticket prices they ask are a lot higher than the real ones and you never get your tickets!! We were asked to complete passport details so now we have to go to the police

this is an american FAKE company that is stealing money by selling the tickets at double and triple prices.

They pretend to be the official website but pay attention to the details, they are always the first website you find when you google.
