Wahl Clipper Arvostelua 

I recently purchased WAHL Groom Ease 11 piece Battery Trimmer Gift Set. It was to replace another WAHL All in one battery trimmer, which after many years of good use, was falling apart.
I tried the new one for the first time today, but run into two problems. First, the two supplied AA batteries would not fit into their compartment. Then secondly, when I checked their battery life - there was not any. Both batteries were flat.
I managed to force two batteries I had into their compartment and fit the plastic lid back on. The beard trimmer worked fine. But to use the nasal hair trimmer, one of the batteries had to be removed from the beard trimmer to be able to use it. I would have thought it common sense to supply a battery for it, but there we are.
The nasal trimmer was not efficient at doing its job, unfortunately.
With the issues of flat batteries supplied, not fitting into their compartment without some force, the the nasal trimmer not as effective as its job as it should be, I cannot recommend this product.

Clippers didn't work out of the box. Realised it was missing the guard as well as the spring component not fitted.

Garbage & overpriced product, avoid at all costs.

Now realise even the positive reviews are all about great customer service for BROKEN PRODUCTS...

Approx 3 years ago I purchased one of their massage units. After a period of time the insulation covering the electrical wire began to fray where the wire meets the unit. I contacted Wahl and wanted to send the unit back for a repair. They said the cost of a repair would be just about the same cost to purchase a new unit and provided me with the link to their website to purchase a new unit. I did. Now, the new unit, the replacement one has the exact same problem. I contacted Wahl and they want me to send the unit back to them for a repair at my expense. I offered to send them back the faulty unit if they provide pre paid postage. This item is downright dangerous to use. The bare electrical wire is exposed as the insulation around it frays. I cannot believe that such a dangerous product can be sold. I have appliances in my home which are twenty years old with the original wiring and in no way are the electric chords fraying. I am very disappointed in the fact that I have already purchased two of these units, both having the same problem and Wahl not making a replacement. Note - the units are purchased using FSA money and if I request FSA money again for the same item, my insurance carrier is going to raise a suspicious eyebrow or two and which time I will have to complete paperwork to justify purchase of the same item again, now the third time. However, I may take a more aggressive approach and alert the insurance carrier as to the repeated problem with this item offering the suggestion of having it removed from the approved list of supplies.

Me querían cobrar 50 euros por cambiar unas cuchillas, eso es lo que no te cuentan antes de comprarla. Su garantía se van a buscar la excusa del desgaste.

He leído ya un reseña negativa antes de escribir esta por el mismo motivo.

Mi phillips duro 8 años no había que hacerle mantenimiento alguno, me costó 20 euros y sinceramente al final te cortas el pelo igual.

We bought the Clippers under a 5 year warranty 2.5 years ago . They have never charged properly.charge light constantly stays on even when you charge it for 6 hours or more. We have tolerated it for the past couple of years, but then last weekend when we went to cut my husband‘s hair, they cut out and would not recharge And I was halfway through cutting his hair it was an absolute nightmare situation.

I went only to use contact us form and It’s wrong that if you want to submit a claim they try to FORCE you to agree to receive other communications! You cannot submit until you said yes. It says …

You cannot force consumers to be spammed to death by your company, poor wording & practice.

UPDATE today 19/5 I’ve managed to get someone to answer the phone now and I’ve opened a warranty claim and they said dispose of it and they will send a new one. If Wahl could work on their online experience they would get 5 stars.🌟

They sent a used and dirty clipper that was defective. Requests to ask for a replacement or refund went unanswered. This company is a fraud. Stay far away. Buy from Amazon or another supplier rather than directly from Wahl.com so you don't risk getting ripped off. What a disappointment of a company..

High quality clippers with good service from Wahl.

Held off on purchasing a trimmer from them due to price, and was just using scissors on my dog, which was taking way too long. Finally pulled the trigger and purchased one in November 2024. Only used once, since the dog was trimmed by a professional groomer after that. Went to use the trimmer again in January, and it does not charge, or work plugged in. Wahl asked me to send it to them, which I did, following all their instructions, and it's been silence since then. The package was confirmed received, but no one is able to give me any updates. Back to using scissors... until they refund or replace.

I recently had an issue with my Wahl KM Supera Cordless Clipper and had to return it due to a defect. The customer service team was very helpful and handled everything smoothly. Within just 2.5 weeks, I received a brand-new replacement. I really appreciate the fast and efficient service! Hopefully, this new device won’t have the same issue, but overall, I’m very satisfied with how Wahl handled the situation

Na een mailtje wegens het ontbreken van een onderdeel van mijn tondeuse kreeg ik de volgende dag meteen antwoord en de dag erna stuurden ze het ontbrekende deeltje al op.

Awful quality. Barely even work.

Na twee keer gebruikt te hebben in twee weken tijd begonnen de messen te roesten. Een toestel van +100 euro zou beter moeten. Zeker als je bij de concurrentie een gelijkaardig toestel kan krijgen voor minder geld, meer accessoires en vooral minder onderhoud. Wahl vereist dat na elke scheerbeurt je het toestel grondig reinigt en opnieuw olie aanbrengt. Dit is bij een toestel van Philips niet nodig. Ze hebben een nieuw mes opgestuurd nadat ik dit gemeld had, maar het blijft voor mij te veel geld en te veel onderhoud voor een mindere bouwkwaliteit, dus ik kan Wahl absoluut niet aanbevelen.

While I don't dispute others reviews, I've had to email Wahl twice due to faults with my clippers and twice they have been absolutely tremendous; quick to respond, polite and happy to exchange the faulty product - including one that's 2.5 years old, as their warranty is 5 years!!!

Useless. Quick to respond on here to make themselves look good. But ignore your emails!!!
Bad company

Tondeuse van ca 3 jaar oud maakt ontzettend veel lawaai intern, mijn vorige tondeuse van €30,- heeft het nog langer volgehouden. Goedkope meuk voor de hoofdprijs, op internet meerdere forums gezien waar mensen hetzelfde probleem hadden. Zo goedkoop mogelijk produceren en voor de hoofdprijs verkopen is bij menig producent al jaren de trend!! Ook bij Wahl blijkbaar.

Couldn't get my dog clipper to cut. Took it to Acacia Ridge Qld service centre. The service person was very experienced and helpful. Received my clipper back like new and new blades. BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE.

Saw a warring going out about the hand held pet trimmer heating up, even when powered off...must remove battery when not in use for safely...

The small dog clipper did not work after the second time. Product was not more than 2 months old. The small handheld AA battery operated not only stopped working but started to heat up, if I did not pick it up again to check could have had a potential fire started in my house, as the device and the battery got really hot after 5 minutes....company will not repair or replace for free, you have to pay to ship it to them, and waste your time

Oh 😱, it is unbelievable bad customer service. I am so shocked how she treated me, she yelled me. I was trying to confirm if this product comes with multiple calipers, and she is repeating herself and did not answer my question. She is saying Walmart doesn't allow sell this product, but I bought from Walmart. I asked supervisor, she said there is no available supervisor. She refused to connect me and she hanging up on me. I am super hungry, after been hanging up. She is so so so rude and I was so shocked and and speachless. She over talk me and I can't even finish my sentence. What is going on?

Door een ongelukje een kam van mijn (goed werkende) Wahl 1911 Lithium Pro LCD gebroken. Het betreft een al wat ouder model, dus onderdelen zijn er niet meer.
Bij Wahl in Nederland hebben ze toch nog even een kast met oude onderdelen nagelopen en jawel er werd er nog eentje gevonden.
Die wordt als service naar mij gezonden.
Helemaal TOP dus.
