Our kids are on their vuly trampoline every night after school! it’s so sturdy and fits all their balls on their too ha ha

I called up to purchase a small monkey bar set for the kids for xmas. The salesman (Ben G) was very helpful and explained the huge response on the large tree house set. So, I upgraded the purchase to the large tree house set with some attachments. Very excited to see the kid's reaction on Christmas Day.

Purchased one only to be hit with an additional 331 charge after paying 900 for an installation and told I can’t install it on my own so basically the only option is to pay $331+900 but the 2600 or whatever the charge is for the items. Or just get a refund. I’m sorry but when take payment for all the above only to realize on the back end you may as a business sold something under what it needed to be you don’t get to ask oh hey your still on the hoook for more money. No apology, no warnings on the site like not all installation charges are final it depends on if your in range or not. Then it’s taken 2 weeks to get an actual response which is yeah you have to pay no let’s work on it together, no our mistake this is what we can do. Just pay it, oh and maybe a manager will contact you.

I must express my continued disappointment with the way my concerns are being handled by Vuly. This was extremely interesting, they implied “we can send you a replacement but we are concerned that if we do, you will experience the same issues.” I’m not sure what type of customer support response and inaction this comment is…

They want me to continue to spend money and resources to troubleshoot by guess work and disassemble the swing set which will ultimately lead to the same result.

I am deeply concerned by the treatment I’ve received, which feels like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than a genuine effort to resolve my situation. This behavior borders on gaslighting, as my concerns are being dismissed rather than addressed. I expected better from a company of your reputation.
As a result, I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and am exploring other legal remedies. In the U.S., we have strong consumer protection laws, and I am fully prepared to pursue all available avenues, including legal action, to ensure that my rights are respected and upheld.
Please take this as my final request for a satisfactory resolution. Should I not hear from you with an immediate and actionable plan, I will proceed with further action as necessary.

My order was not in stock Ben changed my order to make sure we got the playset before christmas. He was very helpfull and great to deal with. Going to have some very happy kids.

I placed an order online (totally clueless) then second guessed my decision and needed to change the products.
