We ordered a trampoline for our kids, and it said in stock . Now , they keep pushing back the shipping day, saying they can’t find a box in their own facility and when we asked for a refund they said it would take over a week and a half .

Their customer service is a terrible “hot potato” system where no one addresses any real concerns. I purchased their swing set with the cubby accessory. The instructions are horrible, pieces must have zero quality control as many items wouldn’t connect and fit without a rubber mallet that removes the protective coating from the pieces inserting into another. The rope climber literally doesn’t fit and they confirmed it was installed correctly and admitted it just doesn’t look like the pics on the site but they may eventually? It’s been 8 months. Use growplay or anything else.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I bought the treehouse quest 2.1 and xl tamp.

I am so worried about my order. At the time of payment, there was no indication of a lack of inventory. Now it is almost 3 weeks later and I have no shipping info… and only an email from Vuly to say they’ve been too busy to respond to my query on order status. This trampoline has been something I have saved up for… we were so excited… but I’m at the point of feeling like it’s all a scam. It is a really disappointing start to the summer.

We were supposed to receive our swingset a week ago and never did... I can’t reach customer service and have been on hold in position 1 for 40
Minutes, two different days. They responded to 1 email with a general response that they are busy and then never heard back again. I’m starting to worry that we’ve been scammed $2000k!!

Customer service is terrible. Beware when buying that it will fit. I purchased based on the websites recommendations for clearance. However when vuly discovered there is a pool within 6 ft of the playset they wouldn't support the build by the recomended build company and wanted me to return the playset, at my expense. The clearance directions arent clear, yet the company won't cover the return fee. Its just bad customer service, with no working with the customer at all, so Beware before buying

Edited after response: vuly reached out to me to make things right and they offered me a few helpful options, all.of which do not leave me at a loss. It is possible I will keep the playset or get something else from them at which point I will.update this review

Still waiting for our order to be delivered, but we've only heard great things about vuly trampolines. The ordering process and communication about our order status has been easy and quick.
Our neighbours have one too and our son loves going over there to play on the trampoline, which is why we decided to go with this brand over all the others. He is very excited about his birthday gift and we can't wait for many years of fun to come!

Update: finally got a hold of some one, and it is all going to get returned. Now I have to find a new Bday gift. I was told they have no stock that would work for a replacement, as everything is on backorder. How can a company even be in business working like this? All I wanted was a trampoline, with tent walls and I was told I would get one in exchange for what I purchased, but that was a straight up lie. I have wasted so many hours on this issue that I will never get back. I'm pretty sure they were just hoping I would go away.

Do not buy their product. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They sold me tent walls for a new trampoline we bought simultaneously; the tent walls were on back order in November of 2025. In March 2026 instead of looking into it, they just sent me an invoice charging me more money for something I had already purchased fully but which was on backorder. Get a hold of someone else; they told me they will be carrying it in the USA and offered a basketball hoop instead. I have zero use for that, and the only reason I bought this trampoline was because I was told the tent walls would be available. I would have been more than happy to buy a different version that includes tent walls, but now I have an unopened trampoline in boxes in my shop, as it was supposed to be a B-day gift for my kids next month.

I have been getting the runaround for one and half months. Though I fixed everything and was moving forward, I have received zero response now after emailing them 5 times over the last week and a half. Today, I was on hold 4 times for a total of 5 hours, just to get to the end of the line for a hangup.

I am going to try to figure out how to post all my emails with them publicly, so everyone can see how nice I have been, up to this point and how much of a runaround they have been giving me.

Great customer service getting some spare parts for our tramp. Great value purchasing the care package to get half price spares for life too. Quick dispatch of parts from warehouse.

Recently purchased the Vuly Ultra 2 Smal Trampoline. Great size and fit for a townhouse backyard and For a 3 year old. Feels very safe and sturdy. Great customer service for back ordered products with good communication and updates. Some fiddly build instructions but easily navigated with two people. Delivered quickly and with no issues.

My 2 year old son got this for his birthday and he is absolutely obsessed with it! He’s on it every day and has the best time. It feels really sturdy and stable, which gives me peace of mind while he’s playing. I feel comfortable letting him enjoy it knowing it’s safe. We’re so happy with it and I can’t wait to get the tent walls so we can start creating some fun little adventures with it!

Ordered the new Treehouse few weeks ago. No where on the website or placing the order did it say it was out of stock. After a week of no contact got an email saying it's out of stock. Got another email saying it's out of stock again. If they let me know before I bought it that it was out of stock, with a rough estimate of when it would be I could decide if I was going to go ahead with this company or not. I've called a few times gotten hung up on every time, sent a few emails now with no response..starting to feel like I got scammed. If someone actually would contact me I'd feel better.

I ordered a tree house for my kids month ago. And they saying that the delivery will be done in 3-5 business days now its April 15th and still nothing, Very hard to communicate with them nobody will answer your emails, when i call them and ask they saying that they out of stock. And will be delivered till the and of the may.

Recently purchased the Flare trampoline in medium. Perfect size for our 2 kids. Arrived within 2 days of purchasing. Great quality. 100% recommend.

I purchased a play structure from Vuly. They were saying that it was 48 HR delivery. It has been almost 2 weeks and all they have done is take my money, with zero response to where my play set actually is. They now have a different sale going offering th same shipping promises.

Customer Service can’t even be bothered to respond to me.

We’ve had our trampoline for 6 years now. Still in fab condition, just had to replace a few springs and they were 1/2 price. Love Vuly. Always looking out for their customers.

Great product very strong and study with super fast delivery (almost too fast so it is a very early birthday present :-) ). We got the Ultra 2 small and both my 2 yo and 6yo can bounce around fine and love the basketball attachment.

Kids love it and the shade cover gives us peace of mind - I would highly recommend!

Tip: With the add ons if you order them at the same time as the trampoline check their instructions before you build as we had to go back and undo things to fit them so it would be quicker to have added them into the original build.
