You advertise and sell things things you don’t have in stock and take your time returning the money you charged. Horrible company.

Still waiting for the rest of my order. Have only received one of the two jerseys I ordered

Quick easy transaction good product

It's 4 weeks later and I don't have my gifts I aimed to buy for christmas... If this takes so long, please inform in advance, this is not ok?

Sizing is totally off. No refund policy; poor communication. Would highly recommend not purchasing from this vendor.

They were much smaller than other bibs I buy from other vendors. I don’t think I will be able to wear either pair I bought unless I can exchange but I didn’t keep receipts

Still haven't got my order...20 days later...if I knew it would take that long would never have ordered from you...definitely will never buy from you again...and hey when do you think you will actually send it

My husband really likes the gloves and cookie monster bike shirt.

Great product, fast delivery

You need to be upfront on your site about crazy long delivery dates. It’s pathetic

looongg delay in delivering, double charging! low qaulity clothes! Steal money from me! WHAT ELSE?

Received the jersey that I ordered, but the back pocket panel was installed upside down.
I have emailed the company twice and have yet to get an answer to my emails except that it is being reviewed. A photo of the jersey was included in my original email.

Items ultimately were what I ordered, and seem fine quality. But the delivery was SLOW. Moreover, while the company is listed as being in California, part of why shipping was so slow is they're actually based on China.

I had recently done a bike event and saw a bike jersey I liked. Able to find it on your website. Timely service , good quality

There are a couple things that really frustrated me about the purchase. The first was not the fact that it took a long time to ship but that there was not communication about that until 3 weeks after the order was placed. It was going to be further delayed in that communication and I pushed back. It shipped shortly there after. The second is that the product is coming out of China and the sizing is not accurate to US standards. I ordered an XL and it was maybe a larger medium size from what we see here. Better product product research and discovery with appropriate up from communications to set proper expectations would be huge in being more successful as a company.

Never received products. It's been one month.
