The advertising of their product doesn’t really match how cheaply made that product it. I expected a jersey made like other jersey manufacturers. It isn’t.

Not yet received item and no reply to emails

Did not receive item. No response to inquiry. No refund received

My order was placed July 20 and have not received a single update of shipping. I reached out to the company and they have not responded in over a week.

It has been five weeks and I still have not received my order; a simple cycling jersey. I have reached out twice to the company so far and received no response as of yet. I will update my review about the merchandise itself if I ever receive it.

You're asking me for a review on a product that still hasn't been delivered?!?!?!?!
I'll happily change the review if they come and are good...but a little more communication would be nice!!!

My glasses never showed up. Shop is horrible, no invoice, receipt, just a six digit number that needs there intrusive app. To track items. Tracking says out for delivery for 3 weeks. I wrote you 3 times to inform you of the problem and no response.

No email notification on when the item will be delivered. No response to multiple email inquiries!

I like the socks but they were not the color I ordered

I still have received my order from early March. You all had bo problem taking my money right away and I am still waiting. I starting to get a little upset

The purchase was extremely delayed and the recommended tracking app was often times unreliable.

Placed an order for products shown to be in stock only to receive a notice 2 weeks later that items weren’t available.

My gloves still have not been received and the last email said they were delayed even more!

I received a poor replica from Aliexpress. I wamt my money back.

I have asked repeatedly about the other hat I ordered that was never delivered. I have heard nothing back and have yet to receive a refund.

Still waiting on second pair of glasses and to hear back from customer service on the status of receiving the second pair I ordered.

No follow up on delivery. Had to make several requests.

After waiting 6 weeks for a jersey I ordered, and with only 1 email giving me an update status that the jersey is delayed due to some shipping snafu, the company finally offered me a refund. I won't do business with this company again.

The glasses are nice. Shipping time stinks. But the product and packaging are very nice.
I'd like a pair that had larger lenses, that come down farther on my face.
