I have never received the jersey that I ordered on June 16, 2026

If I could give negative stars I would. Item never received. No response from the MULTIPLE emails I sent. Finally had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund.

Ordered a biking jersey 4 weeks ago and asked three times via email if there was any delivery information. I have had no replies and no jersey!! Customer Service is terrible. Delivery time in unacceptable.

Horrible not even horrible, but zero customer service!

Let’s start off by mentioning that you just bought something from them, and even after a month later, still have received any kind of communication from them whether they received your order or not. Or if they are going to even send you your order. Sounds sketchy? Well go their “about us” page…yeah, half of the information about them isn’t even filled in, and what is there is complete bull-shit. “1 to 8 days to process your order”. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Remember I put my order in well over a month ago, and never heard back from them. How about canceling your order? Well what they don’t tell you at the time of order is they are going to keep a small portion of your money all for doing nothing. So, in other words, you put in your order, never hear from them ever, and if you want to cancel your order for the obvious reason, they keep a portion of your money. Yeah…

Ordered something over a week ago. It never shipped. Have contacted the seller MULTIPLE times, MULTIPLE ways, and no response. I cannot even find out WHO the seller really is. This is very shady! Avoid this seller like the plague!

Horrible not even horrible, but zero customer service! I expected my order to arrive a few weeks. It was three weeks and it has not arrived still and I have emailed multiple times. I have called and nobody has responded so I absolutely do not recommend this company. And I have started a declining of their payment.

I never received my purchase! Contacted them twice regarding this matter and no response!

Never received my order.

Never got a reply to multiple emails. There is no other way to communicate with this merchant. I am forced to download YAA (Yet Another App) just to track the order. It was never fulfilled. As far as I can tell, nobody even pays attention to the "support@voguecycling" inbox. As a result, I'm disputing the charge on my credit card.

I have NEVER received the gloves or anything telling me that they were not coming.

I never received my order. This was intended to be a Christmas present.

I ordered items on December 5 and they still have not arrived one month later.

I ordered a cycling jersey and was expecting delivery by 12/15. I received two e-mails from the company. A confirmation that it was ordered. And an e-mail requesting my experience of the product. I sent an email weeks ago for a status of shipment. Nothing. You have to use an app that is downloaded (seems legit as 45K good reviews) which doesn't provide any information. I finally checked the reviews and realized everyone is claiming it is super late, poor quality, or a scam. I should have checked this first. I disputed the charge on my CC and they are know looking into it.

Placed order on October 8th, still has not shipped and no reply from multiple emails to customer service.

BAD COMPANY!! Wish that Vogue Cycling would have worked. I liked the cycling shirt they had listed, but after purchasing it they never sent it to me. I left them several emails to try to get it sent, but they never responded to any emails. I had to go and get the purchase refunded. :-(
