Spoke to Mason in regards to flights for my holiday. He was friendly and very polite. He gave me a great deal on my flight for my holiday. He explained everything very clearly without any sales pressure. The website is easy to use too.

Good customer service from Mickey. I did not encounter any problem with him. My only problem was the penalty for moving my flight. The charges including the admin fee were very hight. They charged me £486 pounds just to change my flight from April to August. The original price of the ticket is £855 pounds. I can't believe it was that high.

Not traveled yet but booked 3 flights ticket at a good price to London to Thailand. Had a little misunderstanding with Harry regarding the booking ticket of my daughter. To resolve this issue I had to talk with 2 different duty manager Rex and Shane and the customer service was totally Incompetent. Rex give me 24h to accept he's offer or pass the deadline will lost my booking fly reservation . Shane was worse he give me an 1h for the same offer.With both of them I could not talk or express myself and it was so frustrating.I really feel I didn't have any choice as there both give me an ultimatum. So I call back Harry and explain the situation Harry understood perfectly. He apologize on behalf of his manager and assured me in professional manner that he will resolve the solution and he did.
So I accept the offer of his duty managers I pay the full amount of my booking ticket and finally we did process in my final booking confirmation.I just had to wait 72h to receive my E-ticket via e-mail. But 2 days later Harry call me and told that the 3 plan ticket I bought was over book and there will be proceed to a full refund.
I was devastated all year hard work to pay this special holiday for my family was vanish in a second and the only thing I did was to take the deal that Rex and Shane (duty manager) offer me and now I find myself been penalizing because there toke my money with out checking if the plan was over booking or not. I was so upset I beg and beg Harry to find a solution and again is excellent customer service was incredible, he's communication skill was beyond my expectation. He call me back and offered me no one but two solutions.I chose the first solution and he make sure that I will receive my E-ticket with in 2h the same day, that also he will refund me £200 for the inconvenient experience I had with his duty manager and a hotel voucher for one night wish it was part of the deal. It was my first experience with Flightoffice and was thinking it will be my last but Harry make me change my view and my opinion regarding your company and make me understand that some time, we should not judge a company to quickly because of some staff member who doesn't know how to do there job properly with a professional manner. So Harry thank you again this is not enough stars to rate you in that website but I give you 10 starts with a mention HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and if I can make a suggestion to the CEO of FlightOffice that will be to put you in charge as a duty manger.

Trustpilot has provided good services to me though it is my first time to book my flight through this company, their level of service is excellent.

Eric is an asset and a star staff to the company. He helped me to arrange my Lagos flight with the best of options and tickets dispatched to me within 24 hours. Booked my flights last month via Eric for Mexico and Cuba and it all went really smooth. I was a bit concerned booking via them as I did read quite a few bad reviews about their service etc and did raise this with Eric. Eric addressed these concerns properly and explained to me the reasons behind those bad reviews which made perfect sense to me hence went ahead with the booking. Everything was sorted with 24-48 hours with our booking and we got our tickets issued. Eric also managed to sort all our requested meals and seating arrangements too without any issues at all. So really great service all in all and nothing to worry about as he even gave me the ATOL certificate that protects our travel even if the agency ceased to trade before or during our travel. So can happily recommend their company to anyone who are concerned in booking their tickets via them.
