Booked return flights London Sydney, all good, but then the airline changed the schedule and although Flight Office are the retailer and have responsibilities they refused to help. Staff I am not allowed to mention in particular were unhelpful and useless.
Chose the flights because they had a short stop over, now have a 24hr stop over. No assistance from Flight Office with accommodation, or any other costs incurred by the change, should have paid more to use a reputable company.
Took 20 or so emails, 20 or so phonecalls had to wait 6 weeks for the revised tickets - very stressful!!

Many broken promises!!!

Cheap tickets but no help when problems occur,

AVOID, AVOID!!!

Dont say you havent been warned!!!!

I wanted to get a good deal for my flight tickets to the U.S and Eric was very helpful in getting me the ideal deal as well as was able to understand my needs and preferences as I was travelling with my family. Its been a very pleasant experience with Eric. I would give him 5 stars for his level of understanding and customer service

Big up Eric Done a great job with finding me the perfect deals.

Steve went above and beyond to help me with my travel requirements. I will definitely be using the service again. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Eric who was very helpful and efficient.

Matthew was very helpful and he made booking process like walk in the park. Amazing service and the price is excellent compared to any travel agent. I will definitely recommend and use your travel agency in the future. Thank you so much.

Very helpful Vicky. Helped with dates time and all. I just had to ring. He did everything. Highly recommended

I was looking into flying to Florida on a family visit, but as a teacher I was restricted by the dates I could fly. I rang Flight Offers and spoke to Vicky who was brilliantly helpful and polite . He looked through all the different options available with regards flight times and the duration of stop overs to reduce the costs as there were 6 passengers and each ticket saving was multiplied by 6. Vicky tries many combinations and relayed them to me with an honest change of the prices. He requested that the family be seated together as children were in the party. Once the flights were confirmed I rang again to organise the meal requirements as 2 people flying were vegan and vegetarian. He organised this quickly and without fuss.

Very friendly and helpful always there to serve you about your inquiry

To be honest I really appreciate your staff especially Jack. Both of them are very quick answering the phone. Jack was so patience, understable and helpful. Therefore I told my sister in USA that your travel agent is quite impressive and also my friends in Leicester and they want me to keep the name of your agent. Keep it up always.
