Further to my previosu review. Please note that this is a completely fraud company. Their agent have sent an email sayin git will be refunded in 2 days. They are just bluffing as they have still not refunded my £1209 for the booking dated 11th Jan 2026. Today is 27th Jan 2026. So PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY EVEN not bothered. please ocntact me if you want to reprot thsi comapny for online (Cyber fraud) and consumer fruad.

Well, I was impressed with the very way Anna attended to me. Honestly if not her, I wouldn't have booked with Viman because there was some sort of confusions but she was able to manage it well and finally I booked with Viman.

Her special qualities include: calmness and attention to my concerns and effort to resolve them.

Honestly, I will like to book with her when next I travel and I give her 5 🌟.

I got scam by viman today . They showed me deffrent departure which completely wrong.it is horrible experience although I had my money back. Please never ever using this company.

Unfortunately I’m another victim of their scam. “No seats available” when every single other provider had the same seats available, had to pay an extra £150 to get a flight. Do not try and save £20-30 you will get screwed just use a proper third party. Also their customer service are so rude and pushy.

This is a fraudulent business. They make money by taking your money, calling to say you either pay more get a refund. The admin charges for the refund is where they make their money! They do not have any tickets at all. I doubt if this business is in the UK. Do not use.

I just got scammed today by this ticket fraud. I bought a ticket, then got a call that my return ticket is not confirmed unless I pay an extra £241. I said no and now the want to remove £60 from the money I paid.

I am another victim of their scam. What mistake I did i paid them through card online. After that they said seat is not available for said date, if you pay more ill try to find for you. I refused and asked for refund they said okau but they will charge CANCELLATION fee. Why?? They haven't provided me with booking details then why cancellation fee?? Isn't not a scam. Anyway i reported my bank for chargeback, also reported them to Government Fraud Department. Hope we will get rid of them. Stay away with this fraud scan company.

Its a con job this company. I would never recommend anyone to use this. They are advertising cheap prices then coming back asking for more money for all sorts of stuff. I was told I have booked a youth ticket that's why it was cheap and when I questioned it since I had proof, they gave a second reason that our prices dont update for 24 hours.
They finally agreed to refund the ticket but kept 50£ admin fee for no absolute reason.
I lost 50£ first because of their misleading advertisement, then a lie and then failure of their website to update.

Payed for a bargain priced flight, only to find out that they payed and confirmed going out flights only with no luggage, then offered for me to pay for more than the airlines to fly back, or be charged a payment for my refund. This company needs to change from using false advertising and not coerce people financially.

I’m very disgusted by this company. I bought a return ticket with I paid fully and 30 minutes later I received a call telling me that my return ticket went up the price and I Ned it to pay over £300. More on tope what I have paid already and I said no and I wanted my money back and they said that I need to pay cancellation fee because my going ticket was through, they offered me some money in returns and some bonus that I need to spend with them I haven’t said yes to any of that I need my tickets that I have purchased originally or my money back. I don’t have more money to buy a new ticket they are a joke. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

A disgusting scamming group of companies who advertise airline tickets which they don’t even have.
Booked two return tickets from Manchester to Hong Kong for myself and brother for £1366
I didn’t receive a confirmation email or a booking reference.
I received a phone call asking for an extra £350 because they could only get one ticket and the second one would be £350 extra
So I said no way just cancel which they said there was a fee of over a £100 which i declined to pay so they reduced this to £75 and they sent the only email I’ve had off them which I had to reply to accepting there offer. Keep away at all costs.

i have been searching for 3 consecutive days for a return business class flight to Cuba. the costs are ranging between 1700 to 2300. Suddenly on day 3 Viman offered flights at 1486. I phoned within 5 mins of the advertised price and was told there is no availability and that the price is 2700. What a scam. Mis-justice and breach of trading standards. Avoid .

I booked a return flight which Viman confirmed and charged in full. Within half an hour, I was told the return leg to Heathrow was “fully booked” and could not be honoured. When I asked for a refund, they refused - hiding behind “cancellation fees.”

This is not only unethical but legally indefensible: if you sell a service you cannot deliver, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Instead, Viman tried to profit from their own failure.

Avoid this company. Their business model relies on false advertising, broken promises, and trapping customers with fees for flights they cannot provide.

My bank told me this is a SCAM COMPANY. the flight prices are too good to be true. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INDIAN SCAM COMPANY.

Was looking at flights on their website which seemed quite cheap. Called them to make sure that it wasn't a case of me booking the tickets and then receiving a call to say not available and i must pay a few hundred more pounds. Turns out that's exactly what it is. The price on their website was £700 cheaper than what the could offer me on the phone. When I questioned them about why they are advertising flights on the site which can't be honoured they put the phone down on me. Would not recommend them at all.

I booked a flight... no confirmation email. Got a call to say the flight was more and not the times i wanted I asked for a refund they refused and hung up! In process of doing a charge back from my card

Didn't get a confirmation email, called them to find out one of my flights was on standby and I wouldn't actually be able to get on without paying an extra $250. Asked to refund it but would have to pay $50. Told the guy I would do a chargeback on my card and he threatened me with legal actions and was rude throughout the entire phone call. Do not use this company to book flights.

BEWARE OF BOOKING! Such a scam!!! I reserved a flight from London to Calgary advertised for £509 pounds! I reserved it with CC details! (This company had a decent trust pilot score so I went ahead reserving) They called me back saying only 1 leg was confirmed but the return flight was no longer available and I’d have to pay £490 pounds extra to reserve it! I said NO WAY please cancel my reservation and they said I would be charged £179.00 to cancel because the departure was confirmed!

This is A) false advertising on their part- advertising a round trip at a price that doesn’t exist.
B) I paid for the ROUND TRIP. Not just part of it! And when half the trip advertised was unavailable they demanded me to pay a cancellation fee! These terms were NOT OBVIOUS when reserving!
C) they offered me an alternate flight which was less desirable for £200 extra.

My choices were to lose £179.00 or pay £700 for a flight I initially budgeted £500 for.

Complete thieves!!!

Now I’m twiddling my thumbs waiting for e tickets that still have not come through…😫

Never again am I booking via random third party. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ****
