Bestellt, bezahlt und nichts bekommen nicht mal ein Mail. Vorsicht Betrug!!!

We just bought a shopper we with three turtles hanging from the bag in Vilebrequin in Marbella. Asked for the price. He said €210. Took off the two turtles and my husband got the bag. We were in love with the turtles and got a grocery bag. The salesperson was rather rude and arrogant. Unfortunately my boat left in 5 minutes so no time to ask for the refund and money back into our credit card.

Je suis très déçu par cette marque, j’ai 3 maillots vilebrequin je je voulais en acheter un de plus mais je ne le ferai pas, car le dernier que j’ai acheté à perdu de la couleur à quelques endroits dès la première utilisation, j’ai demandé des explications ou un geste de la part de vilebrequin qui ont refusé.
Dommage car il y a de beaux modèles mais ils refusent d’admettre que certains peuvent avoir des défauts.

Purchased a bikini for my wife. She wore it for 1 week on holiday July last year, all the colours faded and have been trying to get a refund or replacement for 4 months.

They ask to see proof of purchase, you send it, they’d say they can’t find the transaction? I even sent a copy of my bank statement that says where and when we purchased, they don’t recognise it, apparently.

They asked us to go back to the shop it was purchased to get a replacement, 300 mile rounds trip to Bicester, this is now a point of principle for me, so we did, the shop knew nothing of it and refused to assist, in fact rarely have I encountered such rude staff.

This company are simply not interest in customer service, their products are clearly over price second rate tat, and, I have reported them to trading standards and have now asked Barclaycard to open an investigation.

They won’t see my money again, avoid and purchase elsewhere.

After all these years wearing only Vilebrequin products,
The time came that few of my special edition pairs needed some repair at the elastic bands.
I contacted the customer service and they said that they can't tell from the photos the authenticity of the products!!! and that they need proof of purchase. Please someone tell me, who keeps receipts 10 years later and if we did, they would have turned blank white after all this time.
Dear Vilebrequin,

Please put your service department together because this is clearly ridiculous. First of all you just told me that you can't recognise the authenticity of your own products and second, in no shop around the world the staff ever told me to keep a receipt or they even give and authenticity letter for future needs...

It is embarrassing, nothing but a rip off unfortunately.

Absolute disgrace of a company. The after sale service is not existent and they will not respond to any emails.
Such a shame as their swimwear is great but the service is appalling.

Vilebrequinn customer service brushed me off after i complained about rust stains from metal rivets in Morea boxer swimming shorts.
Don't buy them. Poor quality.

Appalling post sale, sent a tight item back and the package got lost by the courier they chose..now two months have gone by and I'm still waiting for a refund!

Stay far away from the online store!

Extremely slow refund process. For such a premium brand its not acceptable to let your customers wait up 3 weeks plus shipping time.

Je vais donner 3 étoiles parce que le service de livraison est tres mauvaise. Commande passé pour deux maillots bain, ils ont expédié dans deux colis et un d’entre eux à récupérer dans un point relais. Soit dissant j’étais absente! Je suis en congé mat et toute la journée chez moi!
Payer une fortune pour ça! Il reste tester la qualité. On verra

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Kundendienst und die Art wie sie Kundenanfragen handhaben. Meine Badehose hatte nach einem Besuch in einem Wasserpark einen Reibungsfleck abbekommen, was von einer solchen Badehose nicht zu erwarten ist. Vilebrequin hat die Schuld auf den Wasserpark geschoben und behauptet es sei an einer Verbindungsstelle der Röhre hängen geblieben, was nicht der Fall ist, da die Hose nicht gerissen ist. Ich empfehle niemandem ein Produkt dieser Marke zukaufen. Bisher die qualitativ schlechteste Badehose die ich besitze.

Me and my Mum visited your Bicester Shopping village store on the Saturday 4th December 2021 at approximately 10:10am. We are exempt from wearing facial coverings due to a shared medical condition. We self declared our exemption as we had been doing in every other shop without a problem that morning, unfortunately we were refused entry. I suggest your staff familiarize themselves with the 2010 Equalities act outlined on the UK Government's website. It is against the law to discriminate against those with hidden disabilities that prevent them from wearing a face covering. I would like to know why your staff think it is okay to treat someone differently based upon their private medical records?! Please feel free to look for yourself regarding mask exemptions as they are clearly laid on on the Government's website.

We are valued customers, but of course we will never purchase form any brand that discriminates against anyone for any reason.

I sent you an E-mail regarding this issue which is extremely serious, but seems as though you don't care about how your staff treat customers!

Rather pricey, but worth the money in my opinion. For some it may be not. Very high quality swim shorts, perfect in every aspect. But of course, if you don't think a pair of shorts can worth $150, Vilebrequin won't going to change your mind.

J ai acheté un slip de bain fin juillet 2021 taille S jusqu’à tte va bien ,le colis arrive dans les temps .
La surprise il m envoie Taille M ,je l es renvoyé tte suite après sauf jusqu’à ce jours ils m’ont jamais remboursés soi-disant période de vacance et COVID un mois après. pour une marque qui mets des millions pour la pub et pour une histoire de 95 euro ils oses me dire MR il faut attendre quoi ?la session prochaine ?le colis a été réceptionné alors faite vos remboursement dans les temps et répondre à votre n fantôme et vos mails .

Nous avons acheté plusieurs serviettes de plage et dès le premier lavage elles ont commencé à s'effiler.
C'est scandaleux au vu du prix.

Man muss sie einfach lieben. Tolle Strandprodukte.

Premier achat chez Vilebrequin, très satisfaite de la qualité et du service de livraison même si le prix me paraît élevé.

Tailles approximatives et retour produit non remboursé.
Après avoir retourné le 19 octobre mon colis d'une valeur de 200 euros avec un bon de retour édité à partir du site et remis le paquet en point relais je n’etais Pas remboursé le 20 novembre.
Au final tout c’est arrangé grâce à leur service client qui a enfin pris ses responsabilités.
Je suis donc réconcilié avec la marque.
