Ordinato un costume da uomo il 2 luglio, dal traking risulta consegnato il 28 luglio ma in realtà non è arrivato nulla; la mail a cui rivolgersi per risolverli problemi è falsa

Wat een slechte kwaliteit. Duur badpak voor mijn dochter besteld. Zit het elastiek bij de borstkas gedraaid erin genaaid. Dit had nooit door quality controle mogen komen. Behandeling van de klacht door de speciale mensen laat dagen op zich wachten.

Zeer duur - heel slechte kwaliteit.
2 jaar geleden flip flop's gekocht. Na slechts 2 zomers deze te dragen waren ze al kapot.
De reactie van de klantendienst was dat dit normale slijtage was.
Voor deze prijs beter een ander merk kopen.

Betrug! Nie wieder! Schon öfters im Store gekauft. Jetzt das erste Mal online einen Hut. Kam an, sah nicht aus wie erhofft, direkt wieder eingepackt und retourniert. Also keine 30 Sekunden in der Hand gehabt. Ca 3 Wochen später bekam ich eine Mail ich hätte den Hut beschmutzt retourniert ( was nicht stimmt) auf dem Foto ein Kugelschreiber Strich auf dem Hut auf dem Foto, neben dem strich auf dem Hut ein Klebchen mit der Beschreibung was nicht passt, mit Kugelschreiber geschrieben! der komplett verschmiert war, zusätzlich die schmutzigen Hände des Arbeiters auf dem Hut abgelegt. Also da fehlen einen die Worte.

Very nice products, but a terrible webshop service/experience. They don’t reply on emails, I am waiting already for a long time to get my money back, because the size was not ok. I am not going to order anymore, that ‘s a shame because I like products very much and there are not many who sells them

Very poor sizing , I bought 2 pairs for my grandsons my eldest grandson is a very short 13 year old, we bought him a size 14 years but they are quite small , children's stop at age 14 with this company so that means I would have to buy size extra small mens which would be €220 double the childrens price for a just turned 13 year old .This is such a ripoff for what is already an expensive purchas

Vilebrequin und sein stationärer Handel in Berlin - ein schwieriges Thema! Erst hat man am Kudamm mit grossem Tamtam einen Store eröffnet. Dann diesen kurz darauf wieder geschlossen. Nun gibt es noch den Store in Store im gebeutelten KaDeWe. Dort bin ich hin, um vom Service Gebrauch zu machen, die Innenhose für 50 EUR erneuern zu lassen. Im Prinzip ein toller Service - ein echter USP. Doch nicht mal zu dieser Serviceleistung sah sich die freundliche Verkäuferin des Stores in der Lage. Man muss das online regeln. Schade - so hat der stationäre Handel definitiv KEINE Zukunft!

The €240 swimsuit has faded.

The worst thing is that it was under warranty, and they let me know that.
They told me there's nothing they can do. They won't give me my money back or a voucher for another one.

On top of that, they imply that it's my fault. I have three more and none of them have faded.

un avis qui concerne essentiellement le magasin situé à Paris 6e. rue fdu vieux colombier. accueil juste correct mais si vous revenez pour un échange.... l'accueil est déplorable, désagréable et on vous fait comprendre qu' un echange c'est déjà une fleur ! pour cette raison je n'y retournerai jamais. le responsable est prétentieux et désagréable. En revanche son employée est sympathique.

Disgusting customer service. I was just (3 days) outside the returns policy on a pair of shorts that I had purchased in advance for my son’s birthday. They would not even exchange for a different item!

Call themselves a high quality brand and charge accordingly yet treat their customers appallingly! My husband has 5 pairs of shorts and will never now purchase another pair!!

Super schlechte Customer Journey

Miese Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice. Lieber eine andere Marke kaufen.

Ich kaufe seit Jahren bei Vilebrequin, bin nun aber sehr enttäuscht. Eine blaue Badehose (dunkelblau, Basicprodukt) ist nach zweimaligen Tragen so verfusselt, dass man sie eigentlich entsorgen kann. Die Fussel sind nicht zu entfernen. Auf Nachfrage beim Service antwortete man mir, ich solle eine Fusselbürste nutzen, so sei halt das Material. Wirklich? Bei einer Hose, die 180,-€ kostet und als Premiumprodukt gilt?

I bought some trunks at the store in Burlington Arcade London. A week later I went on holiday and they were too big. The trunks were unused, still had the shop labels on and even (somehow) still had the shop security tag.

As I do not live in London it took a couple of weeks after returning to take them back to the shop. As a result I was just outside the 30 day return policy and the shop assistant refused to exchange. Even though the trunks could be seen to be totally unused.

I contacted Vilebrequin customer service who said they would look into it. 2 weeks later they sent me an email to say they closed the case!! Just that!! And did not reply when I sent them the proof of purchase and asked what on earth was going on.

This is a once great company that now does not care for its customers.

Je n’ai jamais recu ma commande ! On m’a baladé de réponse en réponse. Je n’ai meme pas été remboursé alors qu’ils m’avaient dit le faire. Une grosse arnaque

Very bad quality. Colors fade fast and yellow dirt appears on the white color after swimming. Very bad tissue quality that become loose.
Very bad client relationship with the manager in lebanon who said it’s the fault of our helpers who are washing it. But i don’t understand why the same helpers who are washing my kids and my other burberry swimsuits didn’t damage them too ??!!! If there’s a zero star , will put to villebrequin 0 star definitely . Same for the hats’ colors that faded fast too. Don’t waist your money on this brand !!
