This firm announces a repair service for their pieces. Never use this service. The piece I sent was received in the same condition as originally delivered to them. No repair was done.
Avoid, under any circumstances to trust in a service repair.

Comprato un costume cintura piatta al prezzo di 230€, dopo il primo lavaggio la parte di colore rosso ha traferito sulla parte bianca, lasciandola con macchie di colore giallo. Contattato il servizio clienti, mi è stato risposto che le macchie dipendevano dall'uso di creme solari, in base alla valutazione del reparto qualità. Posto che un costume da bagno dovrebbe essere compatibile con l'uso di creme solari, la risposta è sembrata strumentale e non compatibile con la realtà dei fatti dimostrati. Attention, leur carte cadeau est une arnaque . Des amis Suisses m’ont offert une e-carte cadeau de 295 CHF achetée sur le webshop Villebrequin international (environ 250€) . Je réside en France et ai commandé un short de bain que j’ai dû retourner car la carte n’a pas fonctionné et c’est ma carte de crédit personnelle qui a été débitée car je réside dans la zone Euro ?!? J’ai été remboursé de ce montant indu, en revanche je n’ai jamais pu utiliser la carte cadeau car elle n’a pas été émise dans mon pays de résidence . En conséquence, j’ai demandé légitimement soit le remboursement de la carte cadeau , soit la livraison directe du short de bain sans passer par leur webshop . Après de multiples tentatives et contacts mails avec le service client Europe, on m’a invariablement envoyé baladé . Soit le service client est indigne d’une marque prétendument haut de gamme, soit cela cache un système de petite fraude organisée. In fine, Vilebrequin a bien encaissé le montant de 295 Francs Suisse de la carte cadeau, mais n’a jamais honoré son obligation . Cela ressemble à une arnaque en ligne à signaler auprès des autorités de la concurrence et de la répression des fraudes. Si vous êtes aussi dans ce cas, signaler le.

Très déçu de mon expérience avec Vilebrequin. J’ai acheté une paire de chaussures hybrides sur le site en respectant le guide des tailles. Dès qu’elles sont utilisées dans l’eau, elles deviennent beaucoup trop grandes et je risque de les perdre. J’ai contacté le service client pour trouver une solution, mais ma réclamation n’a pas été prise en compte de manière satisfaisante. C’est regrettable au vu du prix des produits et de la réputation de la marque. J’espère que Vilebrequin améliorera à la fois les informations sur les tailles et la qualité de son service après-vente

Vilebrequin delivered a t-shirt priced at +800 DKK., which was labeled incorrectly. Had to write several emails, send proof of incorrect measurements compared to their public size guide, before they finally admitted (after very long time) that the t-shirt was not the size I had ordered and asked me to send it back. After more emails, waiting and waiting, I finally got a return label paid for by them, so I could send the t-shirt back. Then again nothing, sent several reminders for status. Then finally - they issued a Gift card, so I could buy something else. But to make it even more grotesque - the code does not work when entered in the exact field - they themselves have indicated that I should use. After sending repeated emails again over the last 2 weeks to get a discount code that actually works, I am close giving up. I have sent the t-shirt back to them, which I paid for - without getting a penny back. This is completely unacceptable and I am now considering whether I can take legal action against them. I can document everything.
My best advice - do not buy anything from this company, in the end - they do not care about their customers.

I underline that no money has yet been returned to my account. They refer to my case that has accidently been closed. May be, but I have sent a different e-mail request for support to another of their support addresses, and that request has not been responded to either for + 1 week now. So sorry to repeat myself, their answers here on Trustpilot ring hollow and it is concrete actions rather than empty talk that constitute the quality of their customer service. Deeply disappointing experience.

Basballcap als Geschenk gekauft (beachtliche € 75); Kappe passt und sitzt nicht, so daß der Wunsch bestand, das Geld zurücküberwieden oder bas ausbezahlt zu bekommen. Grund: Der Käufer lebt im Ausland und wird auf absehbare Zeit nicht nach München Kommen (können). Dennoch: Nur Gutschrift, keine Kulanz. Kein Entgegenkommen.

Mon achat s'apparente a du vol. Cela concerne l'ourlet de Val d'Europe. Achat 40€. Don a mon Insu a la fondation vilebrequin 20€. Demande de remboursement. Aucune réponse depuis une semaine.

I recently ordered an item from Vilebrequin that was showing as in stock (and STILL shows as in stock). They took payment, so I was just awaiting my item. A few days on I received an email notifying me of a refund for the item (I hadn’t requested the refund). When I queried it, I was told the item wasn’t in stock and I would have been notified! (I checked, there was no prior email from them!) Most importantly - the very item is STILL showing as in stock. It’s used in the social advertising to drive traffic, yet not available!
Absolutely rubbish experience.

Paid 250£ for a swim short that barely last 8 times using in the pool and followed the washing instructions as the material started to get worn out and small holes started to appear on the textile And I tried to get in contact with vilebrequin customer service and explained it to them but they blamed me of doing that myself and didn’t do an exchange or give me a refund.

Very disappointing.
I don’t recommend genuinely buying from this brand. Not worth the money.

Réparation demandée le 20/12/2025. 65 € payés au départ (50 € réparation + 15 € présentés initialement comme des frais liés au retour/transport). Ensuite, Vilebrequin a indiqué que ces 15 € ne correspondaient finalement pas à des frais de transport pris en charge, et il a fallu insister pour obtenir le remboursement (remboursement bien effectué). Puis : première expédition après réparation sans notification → colis retourné à l’atelier. Deuxième envoi : SMS avec un code de suivi sans transporteur (j’ai dû identifier moi-même UPS). Réception le 26/02/2026 : étui de transport imperméable non restitué. Communication et logistique à améliorer.

Ich habe im Internet bei einem angeblichen Schlussverkauf eine Badehose und Strandsandalen bestellt. Es gab nie eine Lieferung, obwohl per Mail die Ablieferung bekannt gegeben wurde. Nachforschungen verliefen bei einer chinesischen Firma im Sand.

Appalling quality

Their accessories rust and disintegrate with salt water.... and customer service will only consider replacing them if you managed to keep the purchase ticket!!! As if anyone would for a swimsuit or a pouch. This is just bad service, bad quality, at overinflated prices.

Shocking ! Order placed online Dec 7th . I still haven’t received the order (Jan 6th) Numerous requests for a refund to customer services , no reply. I’m down €280 which is criminal!!!!

Ne commandez jamais Vilebrequin via Galerie Lafayette. Si vous avez le malheur de retourner un vêtement qui ne vous convient pas, ils vous annoncent 2 à 3 semaines pour être remboursés,
C’est inadmissible !

Being interviewed by this brand was a horrible experience.

I went to the Sloane Square store and the manager was unprofessional and asked me personal questions.

The other manager in the room gave dirty looks and made a phone call mid interview.

I was disappointed by this behaviour I feel sad for their current staff.

Premium priced product but poor quality, looks great when it arrives but colours fade really quickly. Ended up with drab grey swim shorts. Used them around the house but After 6 months they ripped and fell apart.

Jeg ville købe et par embroidered swim shorts og en t-shirt, så jeg tilmeldte mig deres nyhedsbrev for at få 15% rabat.
Da jeg blev budt velkommen var der ingen rabatkode og jeg skrev til kundeservice. Der kom et svar, men ingen løsning.
Nu har jeg skrevet flere mails og det er endt med at shorts er udsolgt.
Det er godt nok en ringe kundeservice.

Ich habe schon zwei mal bei denen bestellt.
Einmal ging die Badehose zurück, alles ohne Probleme, Rückerstattung folgte.
Die 2. Lieferung auch in gewohnt edler Verpackung.
Waren ist wie immer top und bleibt.

Worst customer service ever - no email or text confirmation of order is sent which means the only way to access your order is to create an account and then go full on detective mode. Embarrassing that they can't even do this rudimentary bit of customer service considering how much their products cost.
