Not quite what I wanted
Easy to order, delivered on time.
Had to order two single doors to fit the doorway rather than a pair of rebated doors as the rebates work only one way. Needed master door to open the other way but given 16 to 20 weeks delivery for special order! Shame. Two doors spoilt the look of the doorway.

Sadly the paint finish on the doors is very soft and chips very easily money wasted buying white prefinished doors in my opinion, nowhere near the quality of oak finished doors I've installed and other white doors

The door linings you have ordered are manufactured with an engineered core and finished with a white oak veneer, as clearly stated on our website.
The factory that manufactures these only offers Oak veneer products they do not offer a softwood veneer. As Oak is a natural material there will be variations in colour and grain, the images provided are just natural variation.
We are not mis advertising these products, we have supplied what you have ordered as per the website.

The only reason I knocked off a star was down to the delivery. Site Said they would contact to arrange delivery. The contact I had was an email from a third party that came across as spam so I ignored it. No reference to the delivery being made. Thankfully someone was in when they turned up. There was no option to choose a delivery date as implied.

Pre- finished doors
Purchased 11 doors. Didn’t unwrap them as wasn’t ready to hang them. Found damage on a pre- finished door which was obviously a manufacturing fault not a delivery fault as it was inside the protective wrapping. Customer services refused to refund or replace.

We can see on the system that your order was delivered on the 4th February, and damages not reported until the 16th February, We state within our terms and conditions and on all order confirmations in bright red writing that all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery taking place, after this time claims may be rejected.
These doors are delivered in a clear cellophane packaging to allow you to inspect the doors easily and report any issues straight away. Unfortunately, as the damage was reported significantly out side of this time frame and the images provided show the doors unpackaged meaning we cannot confirm that it was under the packaging, we cannot take this claim any further.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Very disappointed in this company
Very disappointed in this company. After a month of waiting on our doors, we were finally able to select a delivery date through their delivery partner, Rhenus, but on the agreed day nothing was delivered and no prior notice was given. Useless customer service with the worst supply chain I have encountered.

You order was originally to be delivered by Rhenus, however they have recently been acquired by DX, and unfortunately some orders have been delayed whilst they have been transitioning over.
This is not something we were forewarned of when we were made aware of the changeover, we were assured that deliveries would go ahead as normal so completely understand the frustration this situation has caused you.
I can see that you have spoken to our Aftersales team who have re despatched a new order for you and provided compensation.

I will never use this company ever…
I will never use this company ever again. Not only do they use an utterly hopeless courier firm who don’t ever message you on time, I recieve my delivery update/notice after they in fact attempt delivery…. Not only that I receive message two days before the scheduled delivery day to let me they are delivering today! When you try and contact Rhenus logistics, you want to see how many different numbers you get for them and not one works or even gets answered if it rings. Also I do t care about any the terms and conditions when your courier firm cannot even keep customers updated properly and attempt delivery at 6:30am!!! This is outrageous. I am honestly so annoyed with this and they still have the audacity to try and charge me another delivery fee. I now know who not to use and will rather spend my money else where because the lack of customer care also stinks. What an atrocious company and set up they have. If I could give zero stars I would have and from their reply they are completely full of absolute rubbish and they cannot prove anything they’ve said to be truthful because it’s not…. They haven’t a handle of the courier as it’s a third party courier…. Bunch of absolute liars. Avoid

Hi Adam,
This courier books in all deliveries and cannot be attempted without a customer confirming a delivery date in advance.
The system shows that a time slot was provided the day before delivery advising 6:30-8:30am, with delivery being attempted at 7am, as no one was available to accept delivery the delivery was failed.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, deliveries can start from 6:30am and that if we are charged for a delivery attempt, in order to get this rebooked in we will require a redelivery fee.
