Customer service is excellent!
Product arrived promptly and had been double-wrapped but there had been some damage at some point in the journey ... sent a couple of pics and immediately had the promise to replace - felt a bit guilty afterwards as the damage wasn't huge but it was an expensive item. Customer service is excellent!

To say I'm disapointed is the understatement. Your carrier Yodel is not doing what they are paid for. My sensative cat food still has not arrived and it should have been here on 30.4.26. It is now 5.5.26 and still no cat food. You have my money, is this theft?
Get hold of Yodel and chase them, put a bomb under their bums and get my parcel here pronto PLEASE.
