Really good variety of cat food for renal failure; the taster box was very helpful too try the varieties as an affordable price. Prices are reasonable. However delivery took over 10 days which meant I was limited with what to feed my cat in the interim.

First time I used their services (order UK-6694214). Parcel was due to arrive today and it turns out it wasn't even dispatched. I've never received any communication re potential delays.

Edit: Parcel arrived with 2 days delay.

Great customer service and cat food that my kitties love it. Is sold in 10 kg bags which is more convenient if tou have 16 cats

The food I ordered arrived very fast. Sadly, in the meantime my dog had died. While I couldn’t return the food they refunded me and I donated the food to a dog charity. So, an odd win. Thanks guys

The experience of buying was straightforward but when my one cat lost her tracker and I contacted customer service to try to get just one more tracker not the 2-pack again. They said they had no record of my order (I paid and received the order so there is a record somewhere) and didn’t respond to my specific request for just one tracker.

Would have given zero.
Our dog died before the dispatch notification. I was told it was too late to cancel. Then I received the notification that it had been packaged.
I requested a return before it arrived, sent it back in its original packaging and have not received my refund. No contact at all from your company. I would actively deter people from using your company.

Communication was in time and so did delivery

Delivery took two weeks for cat food diet that was needed, which was the fault of Yodel it seems, but on asking Vetsend that seems to be the only courier they use in the UK unfortunately so I am reluctant to order from Vetsend again. Vetsend customer service was however good.

Great service, quick delivery

The ordering and delivery of the spiral snuffle mat was great, and, on arrival, I was really pleased with the product.
However, after 2 days my little dog started having a problem with her poops, presenting with mucus etc, like a gastric irritation. I couldn't work out what she had had that was different until I thought of the mat.
On use, the mat releases a fibrous fluffy type material, only requiring very light friction for it to come off. My dog had been ingesting some of this material causing gut irritation.
I would absolutely love this mat otherwise! I have since removed it and she has recovered so I'm going to see what I can do to solve the fibre issue but, if I can't then sadly it will have to be disposed of.
