Having 3 cats I appreciate the fantastic discounts that Vetsend give regularly on the food my cats eat, as it’s so expensive these days to feed them.

Very quick delivery, the bird seed was wrapped securely
I ordered the bird seed very easily on line. It was sent very quickly. Happy with the service, and it was wrapped great, with no spillage.

Incomplete address on parcel, poor customer service
While the variety of food is good for kidney disease in cats, delivery takes a significant amount of time. They also put an incomplete address on my first delivery which meant a long delay in getting my parcel as the delivery company had to redirect it nearby. When I contacted customer service about this, it was very clear they hadn't read the message properly and their responses were both defensive and made little sense in relation to the issue I had. For this reason, I won't be ordering from them again

Great company
I had been looking for a very large cat tray that did not leak for a long time. (And it had to have a door!)
Vetsend provided the answer, so I bought two ! The good thing is ,my cats can sit up and spray to their hearts content and no leaking !!

You cannot easily deal with customer service now
They have moved customer service to WhatsApp or email which means it is 4 hours minimum for a reply or likely two days by email. YOU NEED TO USE HUMANS ON A PHONE. It only takes a few minutes, but they sent a confusing computer generated email about my repeat order intimating that it would just "skip" this order and wait 4 months when the food I am ordering will be back in stock in less than two weeks. Why is the default not just shipping when the material is available. There is also a note that you can adjust the order date "if it is available" - why would I need to adjust the date if it is available and why can I not just change the date to the date that the product is available in two weeks. Too much dependence on computer/AI generated responses.
