Love this company
Love this company, they sell all the items for your pets at great prices. They have a huge range of products from C.E.T toothpaste highly recommended if you brush your dog or cats teeth, and a huge range of Hills dietary food.

Great for hard to find items!
Delighted to see you stock Trovet, it was recommended but hard to find what we were looking for! The hypo allergenic venison kibble and tins are working well for our dog at the moment but good we can change to a different protein if need be. Would be great if delivery could be a bit quicker but just have to take that into account when ordering! Thank you!

Dreadful customer service
Absolutely useless.
Took 4 emails to get an answer to anything and never answered my initial question, telling me the answer was on the page, which it wasnt.
I dont know if theyre using ai, or just have really rude useless staff but either way im sad I already spent money on the site because theyre not getting any more
Postage takes ages too. Absolutely do not recommend this company. Don't bother asking them anything

TickSafe A German invention by a Doctor with much experience of Ticks
I ordered a TickSafe remover and it came in good time to the UK. I cant say anything about how well it works, as haven't used it and have it for precaution, as ticks are on the increase in the UK and more cases locally Lyme disease due to this. I like the device as it unscrews the tick out of attachment to the body. It isn't safe to use heat or to pull them off. Just pleased Vetsend had these in stock.
