Terrible customer service.. courier didn't attemp to deliver just wanted to divert it to a locker and when discussed with company got AI bot 🙄 when finally through to a human was not helpful and ended in full refund. Will not be using again

Had initial dispatch issues, but cant fault Vetsend for trying to set things right!
I initially left a one star review as my order was not sent out and i was waiting a week and still no dispatch.
However Vetsend did what they could to rectify the mistake, and I and happy with their attempt to set things right and the products I received, so thank you.
i will be ordering from you again!

Awful service. Repeatedly given updated delivery dates that stretch ever-further into the distance. Eventually told order coming from The Netherlands. By the slow boat to China? Will not be using this firm again.
