**Feels like a scam. Avoid.**

I ordered items from VetSend through Amazon with a clearly advertised delivery date. It never arrived. Amazon couldn't establish where it was, and when I contacted Yodel directly, they confirmed that they had never received the parcel from the seller.

So this wasn't simply a parcel that was delayed or lost in transit. According to the courier, they never received it in the first place. I ultimately received nothing.

Given that the item was advertised as available with a delivery date, but Yodel subsequently confirmed that they never received the parcel from the seller, I have serious concerns about whether the availability and fulfilment information presented to me was accurate. UK consumer law prohibits misleading commercial practices, including false or misleading information that influences a consumer's decision to purchase.

I specifically placed this order based on the advertised availability and delivery information. Had I known the parcel would apparently never even reach the courier, I obviously would have purchased it elsewhere.

This is also cat food. Given how unclear the fulfilment process has been, I have very little confidence in this seller's handling of orders for food products. I regularly buy this exact product elsewhere and have no issue with the product itself.

Whether this was extraordinarily poor fulfilment or something more concerning, I can't establish. What I can establish is that I paid for an item, was given a delivery date, Yodel says they never received the parcel from the seller, and I received nothing.

Avoid.

Terrible customer service on WhatsApp who address you as “ Hello Dear” as some third world scammers.
Our cat food two orders have arrived with food totally off and we found maggots in it. No response whatsoever from their WhatsApp

This product is very difficult to get hold of and Vetsend is one of the very few places where I can get it. One of my cats has a milkie cup every morning with arnica added as he has gingivostomatitis and this keeps his pain at bay. I have tried other brands of cat milk but this is the one they prefer.

Easy to navigate site and delivery was super swift!

I placed and paid for an order on 31st July 2026 and today 15th August 2026 I have whats app and emailed to find out where my order is and it hasn't even been processed yet and no one is responding to my messages. Such a pity because I've bought from vetsend 2ce before and got good service...what a let down!

I ordered medication on line. Your advert stated next day delivery and I paid extra for express delivery. I did the order on Thursday afternoon and the medication was not delivered until the following monday

Excellent price with prompt delivery

Excellent service. Placed order on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. Excellent.

The item information and description had a list of 7 items. I received only 6 (I ordered two of the mixed packs) so really was short of 2 tins of food.
When I queried this, I was told I had received the correct 6 items and they also changed the description to only have 6. I did include a screenshot of the item description (7 items) with my email.
As this was their mistake, I do feel an apology and a token of goodwill would have been good customer service.
Not sure if I would reorder from them sadly.

Fast delivery. Great products at reasonable price

Delivery quick, reasonable price and best of experience trovet anti struvite stones working keeping urine at about 6.0 pH , having 2 small dogs that usually feed at the same time sometimes swapping bowls was becoming difficult to keep 1 on a strict royal canin diet , keep on monitoring pH and keep looking for signs of infection in samples at home.

Excellent and quick service. The only problem was that the cats didn't like the food. But they are yet to agree any hypoallergenic wet food!
