VAXLAMP Arvostelua 

We ordered four lights from Vaxlamp. All four pendants are absolutely beautiful and high quality. They are a beautiful addition to the rooms and illuminate the rooms in a beautiful way. We have received many compliments for the lamps already.

The delivery to Germany was relatively quick and Vaxlamp provided tracking links for each delivery. The packages were very securely packaged and everything arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we had some troubles with customs and fees (that were charged for the delivery to Germany) but the VAXLAMP customer support was extraordinarily friendly and supportive throughout the entire procces. One of the best customer services I have experienced in recent time and they were really helpful and quick to resolve the matter. I would definitely purchase from their website again. Thank you for the good support!

Glamorous lamp, it makes me smile every time I see it!. Easy to assemble. Very responsive customer service, and they refunded customs fees with no issues. Delivery took just under three weeks which was a bit longer than I was expecting, more clarity here would have been helpful. It was an expensive lamp, but much cheaper than others I have seen in same style, and will be a signature piece for years. Gets lots of great comments. I was nervous about ordering an expensive item from a company I hadn't used before, but needn't have worried, everything went smoothly and communication was good.

I love my new Wabi Sabi style lamp! There was an issue with my order but customer service was terrific and fixed it right away. Very happy with my purchase.

Very prompt customer service right from the start when I had queries about the products before we bought. They were very easily able to arrange extended drop wires and cables for the pendant lights and everything was delivered as expected.
I had a few queries at the time the lights were being fitted and again the response was very quick and helpful.

Absolut inte värd 2400 :- som jag gav för den. Den är riktigt plastig

Poor quality, poorly packaged and exceptionally poor quality light that still needs to be hand assembled by the customer. Not acceptable for a light that cost £400. The website poses as something it is not - be warned this is a knock off quality manufacturer selling at premium prices. Avoid at all costs, as they know it is uneconomic to return to them!!!

Varning. Varorna kommer från Kina och har låg kvalité och ser plastigare och billigare ut än på hemsidan. Returmöjligheten är vidare i princip obefintlig då kunden svarar för kostnaden att skicka tillbaka produkten till Kina vilket kostar lika mycket som lampan i sig.

Lamp besteld dan moet je invoerrechten gaan betalen ad 35,50 en vervolgens zeggen ze als je de lamp retour wilt sturen dat de kosten daarvoor 130 euro zijn. Maar ik laat het hier niet bij zitten. Bestel dus nooit hier iets.

Issue with a bit of damage to one of our lamps was resolved quickly and they sent a replacement without any problem. I think the lights look great. Would recommend.

I love these lights! Clean, Modern, Sleek. Easy to install. Really enjoy the different colors and brightness levels! Bright light when you need it. Mood light later. The remotes take it to a new level! thinking about buying another one for my other bathroom.

Quality of the product is poor. The return policy is really bad. While it is clearly written on the website the customer is responsible for the return post this company has no contract with the delivery company to return a product so the customer is basically left to organise a freight company to return a bulky item being left with a ridiculous cost for return freight. The company also requires you to lie on the return form as to the cost of the product being returned so they dont pay tax on it coming back into their country. Will never buy from here again and highly recommend anybody who wants to purchase good quality items with an easy return policy look else where.

Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. Products are great too, have bought 6 lights from them and all have been great.

Een hele mooie lamp besteld, snel geleverd en product is precies zoals omschreven. Een echte eye catcher in huis. Klantenservice is snel en vriendelijk.
Kortom ik ben tevreden met het product en de diensten van het bedrijf die ik heb ervaren zijn goed; snelle levering, klantenservice reageert snel.

Мне не понравилось разноцветные лампочки и люстра ни очень.Для тогда люстра очень дорогое.

I ordered a ostrich feather floor lamp on the 6/1/25 and it was delivered on the 13th January really quick service.The lamp is beautiful really well made.The only issue I have is the colour I ordered cameo brown and the feathers are more a dusky pink, but I would still recommend this company if you're looking for something a little different

A little bit hard to assemble but great help from customer service who made it easier when they provided videos.
