Jag är otroligt nöjd med lampan – den är precis som jag hoppades! Dessutom vill jag lyfta kundtjänsten, som är helt fantastisk. De svarar snabbt och är väldigt lösningsorienterade, vilket gjorde hela köpupplevelsen ännu bättre. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta företag varmt till alla!

Looks beautiful but the quality of the chandelier is not great,

Item very poor quality, overpriced and not as described. Customer service rude and unhelpful. No chance of returning the item as it is shipped from China.

I am very happy with the lights I purchased, they look great. The assembly is a lot of work but I don't mind it.
I also reached out to the cusfomer service for help and they got back to me fast with all the help I needed.
However, the delivery took 3 weeks!!

The construction of the lamp is not stable. The warm light is not warm. The remote does not work. The plastic has damages.

I never received my order and was notified by UPs the package was damaged during shipping and being returned to the sender. When I reached out to vaxlamp about my refund, I was asked to contact UPS for a claim number. I completed the request and informed vaxlamp that UPS sent needed documentation to the sender and waiting for return of the completed forms. I received a case number which I then provided to vaxlamp. I was then informed that I would not receive my refund until UPS confirmed the damage. I had nothing to do with inadequate packaging leading to damage. I have yet to receive my refund. I placed my order on Oct 29. I have no light and no refund. Horrible customer service!

Devo dire che sia dal mio invio ordine a tutta la corrispondenza e stato molta gradita la rapidità e la professionalità delle risposte, poi quando e arrivato il prodotto puntuale nei termini di consegna e stato molta la soddisfazione della qualità ed eleganza del prodotto.
Consiglio fortemente questa azienda per la serieta e la qualità dei prodotti.

product is smaller, uglier and generally less desirable than indicated by site. Returns are sufficiently expensive and complex to make them unviable.

Lamp is absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. It's half the price of ones I've seen in showrooms. It did take ages to arrive, even getting delayed in Hong Kong during their bank holidays season but the customer service inter-action and prompt responses throughout when I was chasing for updates was exceptional.

Very good service

The candelier I ordered came with scratches and very low quality. It wasnt even assembled and I payed more than 200€ for it.
I got a refund in the end but it took quite a lot of emails forward and backwards.
Its just a scam, dont buy there!
