VAXLAMP Arvostelua 

I ordered an Osterich lamp and I crossed my fingers that it would arrive...I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived on time, in perfect order and the quality is fantastic. Once you put it all together the feather top is full and fluffy and the colour was pretty true to what was on the website.
The only thing that had me worried was I didnt receive any tracking info so I wasnt sure if it was going to arrive but it did. Very happy with everything. I will order again from VaxLamp after this experience.

Schöne helle Lampe . Das Anbringen der Lampe war relativ einfach . Der vordere Haltearm senkt sich durch das Gewicht des Lampenschirmes etwas ab wasich eigentlich sehr schade finde .Die Lieferzeit war utopisch fasst 4 Wochen . Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt es wäre eine hohe Interesse an diesen Lampen , dann muss man die Lieferdauer ändern .

Very good products. I have 3 of their lamps for almost 1 year now & I am very happy with them. they also have very good customer service, I had an issue with one of the deliveries & they helped to sort it out & also answered immediately my questions on how to connect the lamp to the remote.

The delivery took approximately a month instead of the predicted delivery date.

The product was of inferior quality - made of cheap plastic. It is going to be returned.

The light was okay, albeit slightly flimsy and easily scuffed, but the main issue was a requirement to return to China. Make sure to fully check the T&C’s when buying from them. You’re likely better finding something similar that can be easily returned in the UK.

The amount of colours to pick from is brilliant and when your lamp arrives it is just like the photos and colour. Easy to assemble and feathers look so stunning it certainly makes your room pop

I have ordered a light on 3rd May and SLA was 2-3 weeks but still 4 weeks completed stil light not received and no one helping to track. there is no customer care to speak.
It's really not acceptable.

Vuelvo a escribir una reseña para seguir contando el caso de NEFASTA atención que me estan dando esta empresa, que ya estoy en serias dudas si es una estafa online.
El paquete aparece perdido desde el 14 de Marzo, y me siguen poniendo de excusa para no devolverme el dinero que hay que esperar hasta que SEUR les confirme que se ha perdido el paquete. Ya no quiero su producto, porque han inclumplido todas los acuerdos aceptados en el momento y las condiciones de compra, y me siguen negando el derecho a la devolución de mi dinero a pesar de llevar casi dos meses de espera.
VERGÜENZA.

My first order from VAXLAMP was actually good, and I was happy with the lamp and the customer service. That is why I decided to order again. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different.

The quality of the chandeliers I received was very disappointing and did not match my expectations. I spent almost two weeks in endless conversations with customer service, receiving unnecessary offers instead of a clear and fair solution. Returning the lamps became so complicated and frustrating that in the end I simply gave up.

As a result, I lost around 80 euros just to end this stressful situation. I am very disappointed because I expected much better support from the company.

Everything is pleasant while you are buying, but if you are unhappy with the product and want to return it, be prepared for a very difficult process.

The customer service was very responsive and helpful. The fixed an issue with a product in a reasonable timeframe with providing a replacement as soon as possible.

We ordered the 2m ostrich lamp and absolutely love it! VAXLAMP have been good with customer communication and the product is as shown. Order came via Evri who were also good!
