Tijdens het transport was de doos ernstig beschadigd en helaas de lampen in de doos ook. Na opsturen van foto's kregen we nieuwe lampen thuis gestuurd en deze keer onbeschadigd.

Le lampadaire est juste magnifique, facile à assembler même pour une nulle en bricolage comme moi 😀.
Il y a bien 3 niveaux de blanc, froid, chaud et intermédiaire. Je l'ai branché sur une prise électrique télécommandable, c'est très pratique. Je suis très satisfaite !

I had many questions and the response time was incredibly fast. Cathy answered every question within minutes. The chandelier arrived and I was expecting …impressive but the piece is absolutely beautiful and definitely will be a conversation piece.

Light pendant arrived from China about a month after I ordered it. In the meantime I had to buy another for our kitchen fitting. When attempting to return they offered a discount over a refund!
The return is expensive to china and out of your own pocket.

La lampe est arrivée en pièces détachées. Impossible de l'assembler et brancher sans l'électricitien.

The colour of the light is very misleading in the pictures. It is advertised as walnut but when I opened it I realized it was actually quite orange . I actually ended up spraying it black as shipping took a long time and I did not want to go through the trouble of returning it . The light itself is nice and the fact it is able to be warm light or cold is nice as well.

The lamp arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. The warm light setting is perfect for winding down in the evenings. It feels much healthier for my eyes compared to my old desk lamp.

Llevo muchos días esperando la entrega de mi lámpara y el pedido sigue con retraso. Agradecería que me informaran del estado y de la fecha prevista de entrega.
