Professional advice and return
I have recieved the package in time, and it was well rapped. Unfortunally I had to return the Lamp, because the way off hanging was not sutable for me. The service-desk was very helpfull and professional. Thank you very much and I will sertainly order again.

1. Volgens ons retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid kunnen bestellingen na verzending niet meer worden geannuleerd. Aangezien u een retourverzoek hebt ingediend zodra u hoorde dat het vanuit China was verzonden, en omdat het een internationale verzending betreft en wij het daarom niet konden tegenhouden, kunt u het retourneren nadat u het hebt ontvangen.
2. U gaf aan dat u de kleur niet mooi vond en het wilde retourneren, maar de lamp is nog niet geïnstalleerd. We hebben u al een retourplan gestuurd. We zullen het volledige bedrag terugbetalen nadat we het geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen.
3. We hebben al veel van deze kroonluchters verkocht en veel klanten zijn tevreden. Als het een kwaliteitsprobleem betreft, verzoeken wij u om gedetailleerde foto's ter controle aan te leveren. Bedankt.
