I booked with them on 6/27 for pickup 7:16. They kept Telling me they're looking for a driver. On 7/16 still had no driver on the original date for pickup. They're suppose to credit me back my 200 deposit and it's a week later and they haven't done it. It's a shame because I need my car shipped often. I understand they couldn't find a driver but to keep stringing me along and then to not give me my deposit back is BAD BUSINESS!!!

Regarding your booking on 6/27 with a pickup date of 7/16, we encountered challenges securing a driver. As our agent explained, and as stated in our contract and on our website, the quote provided was an estimate based on rates at that time. Due to fluctuations in supply and demand, and the nature of our carriers being smaller, independent operators, final rates can vary and schedules are often confirmed closer to the pickup date. We also understand that you were not willing to proceed with the new price based on the updated figures for July, which added to the challenges in securing a driver. When you requested a refund, our team reached out to you for additional information needed to process it. We have been trying to contact you to confirm these details but have not yet received a response.

I was recently stranded in Maine when my Audi water pump crapped out. No local dealer or garage had the time to fix it in the coming week, so I was forced to have my car shipped back to NJ. Grace at US Cargo was so responsive and accommodating and within 48 hours my car arrived safely in NJ. The price was very reasonable, and she communicated with me every step of the way.

Since you couldn't wait for more days to pass, we promptly sent you an updated contract reflecting the new price. We ensured that a driver was assigned to your car shipment only after you reviewed and signed the revised contract. Additionally, our contract clearly states that the price provided is an estimate based on previous shipments, and adjustments may occur.
Understanding the impact of the price change, we contributed $50 towards the increased cost as a gesture of goodwill because you are a valued customer. We strive to provide the best service possible and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

"Here is where I had an issue - called the bait-n-switch tactic. I was contacted and baited with a $450 estimate. This was to draw me in, as there was no way that $ amount was doable., but I had signed a contract. At the end of the day, the charge was $625. The company itself was good, communication was good. and the pickup happened fairly quickly, and the bile delivered a few days later, in excellent shape Would I use the company again? Yes...would I demand that the ""fee"" not waver, absolutely!"

Run from this company
Run from this company, do not do business with them! Our car broke down in Flagstaff, AZ and we ended up having to ship it to Utah to get it fixed by warranty. This company quoted us $300 and told us there were no hidden fees and that our car could be shipped that day or the next day. Two days later our car had not been shipped and the fees all of a sudden went to $900 with all the excuses in the world as to why. Feeling we had no other choice we agreed to pay the fees if they could promise our car would be shipped the next day. Then all of a sudden they wanted cash, and we refused. The next day, our car had not been shipped, and all the excuses as to why, the driver's truck broke down, etc. After looking at reviews on here I told them to cancel and refund us immediately as this seems to be a habit with them. They still have not refunded our money.
